False Advertising
Apart from advertising an item that is available, to then get a email after a couple of days telling you it’s actually not available?!?! That’s fine, it is what it is, you refunded me straight away into my bank account thank you! I appreciate that but what you guys tend to forget is the amount of hours spent looking for a particular item before someone else buys on-line. You then finally find it, buy it and chill, couple of days later your of order has been cancelled! Great! Fantastic! There’s me chilling, relaxing thinking I’ve got it in the bag, NOT! So now I’ve gone back to the other websites where only had a few left…………. SOLD OUT!!! sold last one a couple of hours ago. 🤬😤🤯
Check your system,🤔 update your system, give your I.T. Management a kick up he’s 🤬 and cancel his Xmas bonus £ like you cancelled my item. Send the same email to them saying Dear I.T. Dept your Xmas bonus is out of stock try another company 😂 or maybe it’s that new kid in the stockroom, tell him to wash his hands there sticky!!!
