They been heavily advertising on Instagram and I paid their 199 on 17/11/2024
Since then I been waiting for a tracking or shipping number and they were unable to provide.
Why advertise and charge for a product that you don't have?
Not sure if scam or poor bad business practices, but in any case I requested a refund and waiting. Worst Customer Experience for me in years

Limbo: A Weight Loss Journey Turned Nightmare
I was initially excited about the prospect of using Limbo to help me achieve my weight loss goals and in good faith, I didn'y think twice and signed up.
The idea of continuous glucose monitoring seemed like a promising approach, especially after watching a number of "real" success stories. However, my experience with Limbo has been nothing short of disastrous.
The delays in receiving the sensor were frustrating from the start, almost a month to receive the sensors, which I had to chase up... The instructions on the packaging are confusing and missing, as they contradict whats on their website.
The onboarding email with the important information was not sent, and was received a week later due to a bug in their system.
This significantly impacted my ability to begin my weight loss journey promptly. Once I finally received the sensor, I encountered numerous issues with inaccurate readings - it didn't matter if I was drinking a black coffee or water, the readings were always in the red. The data provided by the app was unreliable and often contradictory, making it difficult to make informed decisions about my diet and exercise. The AI prompts and tips would at times be quite irrelevant and repetitive - turns out and this was news to me, after contacting the customer service team - that I had to "recalibrate" the sensor - which is not mentioned anywhere - why isn't this done by default? The sensor is clunky and fell off whilst i was sitting on the sofa, turns out theres a new smaller sensor, which they promised would be shipped out to me as a replacement (which until today I have not received).
The previosu week when I reached out to the customer care team for assistance, my emails were responded to on the same day.
The day I reported the issues and voiced my frustrations and requested a refund my inquiries were ignored, and my requests for a refund were denied. As of today, I have not had an update/response to my email for over 4 days....
The lack of responsiveness and accountability from Limbo's customer service team is incredibly disappointing. I have resorted to writing this review, as this seems to be the only forum they will acknowledge or respond to complaints and/or positive reviews from their management team.
Overall, my experience with Limbo has been extremely negative. The delays, inaccurate readings, and unresponsive customer service have left me frustrated and disillusioned. I STRONGLY advise against using Limbo for weight loss and urge potential customers to explore alternative options, of which there are many for a fraction of the cost. Unfortunately, the product is still a work in progress, and there are major issues with their supply chain, product and customer service overall.
I do hope that people find this review useful, and that they don't get fooled with the clever marketing as I did. This company is not honest, and if they were they would be able to admit that there are issues, and show some empathy. Really disappointed....

Super curious and interesting but they have supply issues
Super curious to try as an alternative to calorie counting ( which works for me, but is a PITA ) but it took 38 days since the order was placed for the device to arrive in Sweden.
In fairness the customer service has not ignored me and been very apologetic. I think they have had issues with actually getting hold of sensors.
So next thing is to actually try it!

Device still not delivered after almost 2 months!
I ordered and paid my device on October 14, 2024 and to this day, December 6th it has not been delivered. Apparently on transit. A unknown carrier contacted me (ended in my spam) and wants me to pay some custom fees. My internet provider warns me to go on their website as they are not trustworthy. On the same time Limbo sends me emails all the time asking me to prolong my subscription but is not available to deliver the first device! I am very disappointed, so far it feels like a spam.

Straight forward
It is not a silver bullet - but it provides me with valuable information so that I can make better food choices. There is a learning curve and a few trial and error - meaning that sometimes you did not know the food you ate would spike your blood glucose but you learn from it and adjust.
It would loose the weight for you! And no, it most probably won't tell you anything you don't already know. But for me, knowing in real-time what is happening is very valuable.
I like the application, the recommendations they make and the help they provide.
When people find it expensive, I tell them that compared to Ozempic it's probably 50% cheaper. I tried Ozempic and it worked magic for me (honestly). The reason I think i might stick with Limbo is that I get to see what is happening in real-time.
Ozempic worked really good for me and I did not have to really adjust my diet - but this is where the problem is. I need to make changes to my diet and really understand what is going on in order to get sustainable results (in my humble opinion).
Bottom line, for me this works really well. The application is good, the service is good and really, I don't see what more I could ask for.

Already waiting for 5 weeks for my delivery
Although Customer had escalated my issue on delivery several times, my parcel still seems stuck somewhere in the Arabic emirates. And I am already waiting for 5 weeks to start my program (which has been payed for). Are these normal lead time? I can’t imagine that this issue can’t be fixed or a sensor can’t come from a different warehouse…

Such a bad experience
Such a bad experience, and I’m not talking about the product as I haven’t received it yet, I ordered it on the 27th of October 2024 and as of today 2nd of December I still haven’t even got a tracking number let alone the device and while I have been in contact with their support and being told excuse after excuse, they now have gone silent…. They seem out of their depth and making promises they can’t keep, I’ve now got to try get my money back as this is not something I need to go through every time I need replacements…. Stay away from these snake oil merchants.

Limborevolution: A Disappointing Experience
I was genuinely excited to try Limborevolution and decided to commit right away by purchasing a full year’s membership. Unfortunately, this decision has turned into a source of deep regret. My experience with this company has been nothing short of frustrating, and I feel compelled to share the details in the hopes of sparing others from a similar ordeal.
It has been over a month since I placed my order, and I still haven’t received the product. To make matters worse, there has been absolutely no proactive communication from the company. Any information I’ve managed to obtain came only after I repeatedly reached out. Most recently, I discovered that my shipment is stuck in customs because a commercial invoice is missing—an essential document for importing goods. I had to be the one to contact UPS and figure out what was causing the delay, even though this is clearly the company’s responsibility to manage.
What’s even more concerning is their response (or lack thereof) to this issue. They admitted that switching to a new supplier caused significant disruptions, but it’s shocking that they made such a major change without ensuring they could handle the logistics properly. Their excuse is that "moving parts were mobilized later on," but as a paying customer, I shouldn’t have to bear the consequences of their poor planning. If you’re going to change your supply chain, at least have the processes under control before affecting your customers.
This experience has left me feeling completely ignored and undervalued as a customer. The shipment is apparently held to "verify value due to goods or high weight," and yet I’m the one being asked to provide the details and chase the documentation. I’ve had to send multiple emails just to get the most basic responses, and even now, the issue remains unresolved.
Limborevolution markets itself as a revolutionary product and experience, but the reality is far from it. My experience has been defined by delay, incompetence, and silence. For a brand that promotes movement and progress, they are shockingly stuck in their own logistical mess.
To anyone considering buying their product or committing to a membership: proceed with extreme caution. I regret spending such a significant amount of money upfront for a company that clearly doesn’t prioritize its customers or its operations.
As of now, I am still waiting for my product, still waiting for proper communication, and honestly, still wondering if I’ll ever see anything in return for my money. Absolutely disappointing.

Thank you for your previous response and for offering to help via email. Unfortunately, I must report that despite reaching out to you through the provided email address, I have yet to receive any response or assistance.
To date, no one has contacted me to exchange any missing information or to help expedite this ongoing issue. Even the documentation I personally submitted to UPS—after taking the initiative myself—has not made any difference. The package remains stuck in their warehouse and has not been delivered.
This lack of follow-up or urgency is extremely disappointing and only adds to the frustration I’ve already experienced. If this matter is not addressed promptly, it will be difficult for me to maintain any confidence in your company or its ability to deliver on its promises.
Please take ownership of this case and provide a clear and immediate resolution. I hope to see action taken this time around, as this situation has dragged on far too long.
Looking forward to hearing back from you soon.

In just a month
In just a month, Limbo has totally changed how I think about food, diet, metabolism. If you’d asked me a month ago what is ‘healthy’ I’d have told you so many things that I now know, are just not true. Being able to ‘see’ my metabolism in real time has been such a huge help. I’m down 5kgs and already feeling better than I have in many many years.

Terrible - 2 months delay
Its been almost 2 months and didn't get anything in the mail. A few days ago they sent a tracker, but so far it hasn't left Dubai. If this is the experience to get the replacements every month, it doesn't even make sense to purchase this. Your monitoring will never be continuous with this ridiculous delivery time.

Although the product and the concept of Limbo is really interesting and can be helpful in weight loss process, the overall costumer service and lack of support is dreadful. I was using limbo sensor and app for couple days, then my sensor fall off. I ordered the replacement, it was around 12th of October. New sensor hasn’t arrived yet, I haven’t heard from costumer’s support about any delay, no contact was made whatsoever. I’m really disappointed and do not recommend that company at all.

Run away from that product
Run away from that product! Bad quality sensor, but the worst is their customer service. IVe been waiting for the replacement of my first sensor for TWO MONTHS! They quickly took your money and When its not working, they tell you the new one is gonna be delivered soon and nothing happens… When you ask for your money back, they share with you their refund policy to explain its not gonna happen. All this is a mascarade, they are liars and thieves!

Sure does leave you in ‘Limbo”…Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. First sensor broke and I was promised a rapid replacement. By the time the second one times out 2 weeks later I will hadn’t received a replacement and so was left literally in Limbo!!! Ive had so many emails from various people telling me now they are prioritising my issue, but having really found the concept very helpful, I have now wasted a weight loss opportunity and feel very very very let down. So sensors, no meaningful communication other than platitudes and NO value for money. Horrible!

Not worth it!
I’m not sure this product is even worth 1star! After more than a month I’ve not received the device. I got a tracking code which said it was being “created” to en after 3 weeks it was in transit but I believe it must be coming via camel convoy. I DO NOT want this anymore. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!!

It's been a month since I've paid and…
It's been a month since I've paid and still didn't received a tracking code. First, after 2 weeks they contact me and they told me that they sent the product but something went wrong but I'm lucky cause I'm going to received an upgraded version! ahaha.
Then they told me they have sent it again, asked for a tracking code and after 2 weeks I didn't received any. Obviously they didnt sent it yet. I'm glad i've only paid for a month, cause this service is not credible for subscription based business.

Honestly a game-changer for me!
I was initially hesitant about using Limbo, but after a short period, it quickly became a game-changer for me. I was surprised to read some negative reviews because, in my experience, Limbo’s customer service was exceptional—quick to respond and genuinely helpful every step of the way. Their support team patiently addressed my questions and ensured I had everything I needed, including two replacement sensors (which took a while to arrive, it’s true, but they did arrive) because the first one didn’t function very well. Limbo has been a fantastic addition, helping me understand what I was doing wrong in my efforts to lose weight. I highly recommend giving it a try!

Limbo is life changing
Limbo is life changing. Being able to see your own unique Blood Glucose reactions to food is like having a constant personal educator / coach / trainer with you at all times. You can see how you can get results fast if you eat, exercise and do things in a certain way that suits your own system. The support in the community and 1:1 if needed if amazing! There is constant education and awareness building with the group. It is so much more than just a blood glucose monitor. It is a package that is providing health awareness for life. You can learn so much about your own bodies reactions in such a short space of time. This is a life changing product and service.

Update: compnay has gone under!
A further update (October 2025). The company (now called Viv) has gone under. I was lucky and didn't lose too much - I was due a few sensors but had had a large discount so didn't pay much for them. Very disappointing.
Another update (April 2025): no sensor supply issues, and customer service is really great - very responsive when I have any questions. Continue to update app and try and build a sense of community. Highly recommend.
Update again: Product is fantastic and really works to keep me honest. Sensors really small and work well. Lost 5 kg in 2 months including over the festive season. However still supply issues as had gap of 2 weeks when the sensors were ordered but not available. They seem to be sorting it out so hopefully i don’t have the same problem next time.
Update: I finally received the order on 28 November. Have not yet tried the products yet. They offered me special discounts on future purchases due to the delay. They have been responsive on WhatsApp. Will update again when I have used the product.
Initial post: At the moment I have no idea whether the product is good or not as I haven’t received what I ordered. They said dispatch was 10-14 days from purchase. Well I purchased on 16 Oct and it is now 12 Nov and still nothing. I’ve messaged and received polite “we’ll look into it and make sure you are a priority “ but still nothing. Why don’t they let me use my own sensors and just log into the app and pay for that? Now I just want my money back as I feel scammed.

Paid but never got anything
After a month of payment no communication or comments on shipping. Still haven't received the sensor. No response when trying to reach their customer service. I can think of a million better ways to spend 200EUR.
