Delivery delays due to high demand

Having previously cancelled my subscription because of constant supply issues and delays derailing my progress, I was delighted to read all the feedback from Limbo on this site stating all issues had been resolved. I had high hopes and I signed up again as the system itself is brilliant.
Be warned, whilst their very efficient customer service will tell you that yes, supply issues have been resolved, due to extremely high demand, they are experiencing shipping delays and they hope to have my shipment out next week sometime… 3 weeks after I subscribed and received the email stating I would have my kit in approx a week.
When pushed for a delivery date, they would not give me one.
Nothing appears to have changed which is bitterly disappointing.

Hi Laura - the delays really have been cut massively and when you wrote we were getting the majority of kits out between 7-10 days with some going out next day. I'm sorry that you didn't get a delivery date - at the very least you should have got a tracking code / link provided for you which would help.
But thanks for sharing feedback - it's always important for us to know different customer experiences so we can improve.

Scammed?

I haven’t heard anything yet. Ordered it 2 weeks ago, and nothing happens. No shipment notifications no nothing. But they did remember to charge my card….

I fear that i have been scammed 😬😬

If not shipped within the next few days i am reporting a fraudulent complaint with my bank to get my money back.

If you have supply problem inform before we order it, and at least don’t take the money before you ship!!

Waiting for weeks

Same here.. waiting for the sensors since 8/1 and my husband since end of december. When ordering they say the order will be dispatched in 10 day. Contact with customary service is being answered prompt, but still no delivery…
If i would have know, i would have ordered elsewhere …i now ordered freestyle libre2; arrived in 2 days.. works perfect.. you have to think a little bit more yourself.. but it is no rocket science..so no problem.

Hi Bramiene - sorry to hear this. We actually ship within Europe from your country so there generally should be no issue, yours have been processed and should be with you next week. If you could share your husbands details with me at paul@limborevolution.com I can double check that too?

As to your other point - we're not just a CGM sensor. For weight loss, just seeing some data isn't as helpful as it being linked into a fully researched program to help you understand why your body reacts to different foods, and help you develop new habits for weight loss.

Of course, if you're happy just using Libre's yourself do let me know and of course I can offer a refund.

Try it - go on - you may surprise yourself!

Limbo really helps you visualise what's happening in your body - even while you sleep! It's really helped me learn what triggers a (sugar) spike. I am taking it slow in order to ensure that I can maintain weight loss when I reach my goal. The only minus point I have is the delivery times - I guess this is normal for a young company. The helpdesk, however, could not be any sweeter and more helpful!

Sort out your supply chain!

Not a bad idea although I am not sure the glucose is the only thing at play with losing weight.

But i had a very bad delivery experience with these guys. I got my two units almost 6 weeks after placing the order and one of the two units didn’t work properly. They were kind enough to replace that one and given my first delivery delay I also paid for another two units to ship with the replacement.

10 days after the payment of the second batch, and the order wasn’t event shipped, let alone, delivered. My first unit stopped working, as it should, but had no new units to continue the process. They did cancel and refund the money after I complained.

I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for handling the refund process so efficiently. The whole process took 72 hours.
Although I ultimately decided not to start the program, I am truly impressed by your professional and accommodating approach to this situation.
The team's prompt replies and support were invaluable. Thank you for making this entire experience so pleasant and straightforward.

Sneaky ordering policy

EDIT: Refunded 20.01

EDIT: 21 days and counting - still no delivery.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:

I ordered Limbo towards the end of December and ONLY AFTER I ORDERED it did I get a message saying it would take at least 20 days to arrive, and then I’d be charged for the next month’s subscription almost immediately after receipt.

I still haven’t received it and, to be clear, I understand and have no issue with delivery delays. What I do have an issue with is:
1) not flagging it until after you’ve purchased, which feels incredibly sneaky
2) charging me for a second month’s subscription before I’ve received the first, which is batshit.

I’d like a full refund and to cancel my subscription.

On shipping, we're actually shipping much faster than that now - the majority are shipped within a week.

On monthly subscriptions though, I agree - that would be batshit if that's what we do! But we don't.

We set Limbo up so that your initial month *only* starts when you get and then put on the sensor, and that your second month charge will then be scheduled for a month from that date. You can cancel at any time up to that payment with no penalty.

Reach out to me with your details and we can check on your shipping. If it hasn't shipped, and you want your money back, of course we'll do that.

But I'd urge you to give it a go!

I had a terrible experience with Limbo

I had a terrible experience with Limbo. After placing my order and being charged €238.95, I received no further updates—no tracking number, no shipping confirmation, nothing. Customer service has been completely unresponsive despite multiple attempts to contact them via email. It’s been weeks, and I still haven’t received the product I paid for. This lack of communication and service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I joined Limbo in August and have lost…

I joined Limbo in August and have lost a good amount of weight which is why I continue with it. However as other reviewers have said supply is the issue. I switched my subscription to get a more reliable sensor as I had also had issues with the original brand. Much better experience with the new sensor and here’s the but my renewal fee was taken in December, I have 4 days left on my sensor and still no despatch notification. I emailed customer service and it looked as if they thought I was a new subscriber, I have no used WhatsApp to contact them to try and find out when I can expect despatch as the email said 10 -14 days since renewal we are at that point. This system really works for weight loss but does rely on consistency. Hopefully news soon of my despatch. The last delay was due to the change in sensors. Fingers crossed

200 dollars in the trashcan

200 dollars in the trashcan. In theory everything is great, the app experience is subpar, the logistics is a mess, subscribed in October, my sensors came in December. Sensor didn't stick as it supposed and I've lost one with one day of use. Payed 200 euro for a month and only used half of it. At least I haven't committed to a full year as it was my plan.

We did have a huge issue with a supplier so that in October you would have been affected by it. But with a new supplier we have plenty of stock and reserves so shipping is back to near normal.
We do provide lots of advice on putting on sensors which it is good to review - importantly clean, free of hair and dry. But in any case if you have an issue with a sensor we do replace free of charge. Did you get a replacement? You should at the very least get the month you paid for - let me know at paul@limborevolution.com

Long delays, frustrating

The monthly subscription option makes no sense for the customer - the average dispatch time is 2-3 weeks for a sensor (this is every time I’ve needed a new one) so they take your subscription money but you can’t actually use the service while you wait around again for a sensor. They don’t seem to have the supply or logistics to support a large number of users which makes the whole process slow and frustrating. Maybe it’s a ploy to get you to sign up for a longer subscription so you’re not waiting for the sensor…

Game Changer!

at first I thought this product is not meant for people like me, and it was designed for those who has diabetes or suspected to have it in the future, after reading about it thoroughly I have decided to try it back in November 2024, and it was the best decision of the entire year, Limbo has helped me to understand the bad habits of food type, quantity and timings. I feel healthier as my eating habits has changed drastically last few weeks, and I can not wait for the upcoming months to reach the targeted weight through balanced life style of active fitness and eating healthy.

Great Technology!

**UPDATE**
I LOVE this technology!!!
The app is super straightforward and easy to navigate, with tons of helpful tips and features.

Was definitely not happy with the shipping time, but the support team was pleasant to deal with. We will see how long times are for the 2nd month of my subscription and move to 5 stars.

I was SUPER excited to try this product, I even looked into their competitors- Nutrisense? (Spelling is wrong) and decided after researching both that Limbo seemed to have a more seamless app. Ordered December 6, 2024- nothing. I have sent out 4 messages via WhatsApp and keep getting reassured that my delivery will be “SOON” and my case escalated. Still nothing…..
Like stated in another review they have “heavily advertised” but cannot seem to keep up.

I received my sensors

Well, it took limbo about 3-4 weeks to ship the sensors but at the end I received them. The tracking code was somehow updated on the package so I could not trace the package but postNL managed to deliver regardless. The whatsapp help line did answer my questions. So far I like the product, the CGM sensor was easy to install and pair with the limbo app. I'm still in the early stages of monitoring and looking forward to discover the insights coming from the app.

Brutal experience so far

Brutal experience so far. Purchased on Nov 7, still no sensor. Multiple emails, a tracking # provided on December 7, and still no sensor. Repeatedly asked if this will improve should I continue the service beyond the first month and need more sensors, and nobody has answered this question (I wonder why....). Pretty reprehensible that a company will paper Instagram with ads while knowing it can't deliver its product.

Sorry about your experience. I've looked into this for you.

The original delay was caused by the issue with our supplier which we've fixed.

You were provided with a tracking reference, and looking at the records the shipment appears to have been delayed in customs. You should have received emails to this effect.

I've contacted UPS, cleared the package, and it will be with you shortly.

On the question of more sensors - we now have 3 months worth of stock in hand, and for Canada / US are now shipping within a few days - I've sent you a few more to make up for this delay.

I'm sorry to read this review. Checking your record I can see that you, like others, did get caught up in the supplier issue (which we've fixed).

We did send you sensors in November, but you appear not to have received them, so we also have Fedex'd you some replacements.

If you don't get these please let me know, but you should have received tracking for both packages - the original and the additional sensors.

Avoid This Company

Avoid This Company – Poor Customer Service and Delivery Standards

I placed an order on November 13th and did not receive any information about the shipment until November 21st, when they sent a tracking link. For days, the tracking link showed that the parcel had not even been delivered to the shipping company.

On December 3rd, I canceled my order and requested a full refund, as the company failed to comply with acceptable delivery times. Despite this, today (December 14th), I received a message from UPS stating that my parcel is at a pickup point. I will not be collecting it, as I canceled my order 11 days ago.

To make matters worse, my refund has still not been processed. This company’s customer care standards are shockingly low. Save yourself the hassle and do not buy from them.

Normal shipping times are around 7 days so getting a tracking link when you did is currently standard - and normally this gets updated within 24 hours.

So disappointed with NO LIMBO

I am now 7 weeks waiting for my limbo. I reached out to customer service and got a very prompt response and apology initially and was assured that I would have a tracking number within 10/12 working days at the most. I have since reached out again as this has long past and I got a generic response from another customer rep saying my order is gone to the dispatch team and basically it’s out of their hands. Honestly. How can a company spend so much time advertising and getting people signed up just to fail to deliver. I just want my money back at this stage and I’ll go looking elsewhere for support.

Hi Nicola - as explained elsewhere and hopefully to you we did experience a significant shock when our supplier was unable to provide sensors, and have spent the past weeks putting in place new suppliers and distribution. We now have 3 months worth of stock in place, with multiple distribution centres across the world.
