The log cabin we purchased from Lillevilla recently was just perfect.
The process was seem less from ordering to installation, the installers Warren & Stuart erected the cabin in two days with no issues & completed a day early.
Finally all the staff at White Elms
(Lillivilla) were very helpful & informative throughout the process. I would high recommend them for anyone wanting to purchase a high quality cabin, keep up the excellent work

Very good service, called before delivery said 1 hour till arrive spot on.

Staff really responsive and helpful, really bent over backwards to help. Fitters were amazing, really respectful and helpful and did an amazing job. Cabin looks great!! Just got to paint and seal it now, and hope I can do as good a job ;-) . Recommend!!

Delivered on time, and installers (Jimmy and his brother) were brilliant. Very efficient. I Would recommend Lillevilla to everyone.

The installation of our cabin has just been finalised and the service we have received from the sales staff of Lillevilla has been excellent. The delivery of the cabin arrived as advised. The cabin was installed by Kenny whose attention to detail was exceptional going beyond the call of duty including working over the bank holiday to complete the job and giving us plenty of advice in the process.

Lovely company, we saw our cabin at Hampton Court and knew we wanted one as they were made so well. Delivery was a breeze and the installation was done very quickly the 2 men worked so hard to complete it in a day. Highly recommended. I love my new Gym its my new favourite place to escape to.

from sales engagement with honest and transparent information given on the product i wanted to choose, to the delivery of the log cabin, and the assembly team who came and put together the log cabin in one day.

I cannot thank them enough. If we move house and need another garden building, Lillevilla would be our first choice.

Install for a school, absolutely delighted. Customer care was phenomenal.

Ordered log cabin in January was delivered March 29th as agreed 3 palets were put onto our driveway ready for us to unpack as we were building cabin ourselves after 4 days it was up and functional.Only thing was there were lots of parts lengths of wood could have been numbered would have made building easier but overall enjoyed the experience and the quality was outstanding 😀

They’ve just finished putting it up . Excellent quality. You couldn’t build one yourself for the price they charge . Great people to deal with

It arrived as promised though driver dropped off at the bottom of the garden so everything had to be carried to the site by the installers. Installers were excellent, Warren and Stuart - very neat and precise and all completed within time. The finished cabin looks great and we are very happy customers. Thanks.
