good response time pleasant people

My mother was always comforted by the voice who answered and called her by name. Luckily she never had to use it in an emergency but faithfully tested it montly.
In what we thought was above average service was when doing some electrical work the breaker for this outlet was tripped several times. The company saw this as an anomaly and called to check that everything was ok.

Peace of mind

We’ve had LifeFone for a long time for our mom who lives alone. She’s been very conscientious about wearing the pendant but never had reason to use it until last month. She fell late one evening and broke her shoulder so she obviously couldn’t get off the floor to reach a phone. Despite some memory issues, she remembered to push her button & paramedics were with her very quickly. Without that button, she would most likely have been on the floor until morning when we called to check in!

We also want to acknowledge every person at LifeFone that we’ve ever spoken to on the phone. They are so kind, caring, helpful every single time we’ve called for any reason. THANK YOU!!!

“Marty” from LifeFone assisted me in selecting the right system to provide the best protection for my age (81) and syncope which causes fainting without warning. After receiving the equipment, system setup was a breeze with the helpful and pleasant staff at LifeFone. Given the unique technology, reasonable pricing, and great customer service I don’t believe you could do any better than LifeFone!

My LifeFone brought me help quickly when I fell in my bedroom and broke my left leg. It was a real life saver!

First, this critique does not reflect on Nicole Maggio. Her service and helpfulness was excellent.

However, I called regarding the charging system. I take umbrage with the woman I spoke with. It is very inconvenient that the system does not announce when
it is fully charged. Other units perform that service. She spoke to me as if I was "the village idiot" and said people found it annoying. So, I feel like I'm playing a "guessing game." She said she would send me a manual. I read your manual. I'm still not satisfied that pendant is fully charged. Perhaps, you can explain the charging system more fully.

Helpful for both my father who had multiple falls, & the caregiver, who did not speak English very well & did not memorize address.

I had called one of the other companies first, the hard-sell and duplicitous marketing was horrible. Speaking with Marti was a breath of fresh air he educated my mother and I and we are so relieved to get the right items set up for her. I highly recommend life Fone.

Mom has the "At-Home & On-the-Go" pendant. She fell in a parking lot yesterday and needed help. LifeFone was unable to get in touch with me. They immediately called Mom's 2nd and 3rd emergency contacts. At the same time, LifeFone's GPS not only accurately sent EMS to Mom's location, they did so in less than 5 minutes. Mom's emergency contacts were able to meet her at the ER shortly after her arrival -- without Mom having to call anyone. LifeFone's fast, coordinated response was truly appreciated by our family. Best money we have spent in a long time!

Our family highly recommends Lifefone. We purchased this for our 92 year old father. It gave all of us, especially Dad, peace of mind when he was alone overnight and enabled him to stay in his home. It also helped him feel safe and more independent. We never had an emergency however, the team at Lifefone were always caring and helpful to check in or respond when we accidentally activated the service.
Sadly, Dad recently passed away. We had pre-paid for the service for a year. Lifefone was as good as their word. They promptly refunded the amount paid for the unused months. We are very grateful for this wonderful company and its employees.

Appreciated the service option of a Lifetime rep contacting my Brother every morning to verify his continued wellbeing while living alone in his home..

Easy to use and the response time is great!

I got my Mom Lifefone a couple of years ago and have been very happy with the service. The operators have always been kind and compassionate, responding quickly to her calls. They also keep us in the loop when she has had an emergency, very important for us since we live so far away. It's been a life saver, highly recommended!

It doesn't go off every time that I fall. It also goes off by itself for no reason.

Taking longer for agent to pk up after ER BUTTON PUSHED; otherwise fine

LifeFone saved my 93 year old mother's life. I know this to be true. Thank God she was wearing her pendant when she somehow fell from the top of the basement stairs to the bottom hitting her head on the concrete wall at the bottom of the stairs. The technology that the pendant has to detect falling alerted the paramedics to come to her home even though she could not answer them. Luckily, my mother's good neighbors saw them arrive and helped them to get into her house as she lived alone and they had a key to her door. Her neighbor told me there was blood everywhere. She had cracked her head open and broke ribs and her sternum. I know she would have bled to death had the pendant alert not gone off. She is now recovering in a nursing home. It is slow going, but God willing she will be able to live out the rest of her life in assisted living once she has healed up enough to walk and do most things again for herself. She was a very stubborn, independent lady who would not leave her home. Now she found out the hard way that she will be much safer in an assisted living environment. Thank you LifeFone for saving my mother's life.
