A great experience from start to…. Ongoing! I did my research on companies and got duped by one before I found LifeFone. No trouble since. I’m telling everyone I know about them. When calling, I’ve never been put on hold or transferred unnecessarily. We have the fall detection devise. Twice my Mom has fallen and twice EMS was Johnny on the spot! Recently the company even went so far as to contact me when they could tell she had a low battery. I was promptly mailed a new device, returned the old, and at no charge. Exceptional service. Fortunately, I only had one emergency call on my LifeFone and the response was excellent. Someone stayed on the phone until the Fire Department and Paramedics arrived. I was very frightened and the person on the other end did everything she could to keep me calm and informed. That one emergency was enough to convince me that every senior or disabled person should have LifeFone in their home! Thank you for your exceptional service.

I can’t say enough about this company. You save my mother-in-law‘s life at least a dozen times. She had a life threatening illness for 10 years and every time you were there for her when she had to call an ambulance or get medical attention. It was also nice to know if someone was breaking in the house that you could announce to the person breaking in that the police are on their way. And if there was a fire that you could call the fire department for my mother-in-law before she could actually do it herself. God bless you all I just can’t say enough and your prices are so reasonable compared to those companies that advertise on TV and charges three times more for similar services.

After researching various systems, we chose Lifefone and placed our order. Due to circumstances beyond Lifefone’s control (major weather event) the delivery was greatly extended and after more than a week we had not received our system. Because of our unique and urgent situation we were forced to select a different option. Our 5 star rating is for Lifefone’s customer service. It is outstanding. They took our information, cancelled our subscription, tracked down the system mid transit, and fully refunded us. If and when we are in need of this type of system in the future, we are sure to use Lifefone.

LifeFone saved my mom’s life, period. She fell and the team was immediately responsive and dispatched EMS. They have been kind and efficient in every way possible. I recommend this service for any senior that lives alone and for families to have the discussion on getting this for their loved ones. It works wherever the individual goes, unlike many competitors, which charge the same or more. I did a lot of research before choosing a supplier and know I made the right choice! Asked what kind of help I needed and sent a fire truck and the firemen picked me up off of the ground.

I have had to use LifeFone's services twice for my father when he had a bad fall. LifeFone responded quickly, and the rescue department was notified and showed up within 15 minutes. The service personnel are always kind, responsive, and willing to help.

Customer service was fabulous. Set up was incredibly simple.

I was so grateful for LifeFone when my mom needed help. I had surgery that day so was not available to help her. She was able to push her button and get the ambulance. She ended up having surgery that day too. We were on the same floor at the same hospital. I’m afraid to think of what could have happened if she wasn’t able to get help.

Fortunately, I didn't knock myself unconscious when I fell. Help arrived within 15 -20 minutes after I summoned help through LifeFone.

My Mom was at a PT appointment when her LifeFone device accidentally fell off. A responder was talking to her--calling her by name--almost before the device hit the floor. All of the PTs were amazed at how fast the response happened and several asked for the name of the company so they could recommend it to their clients too. It gives me great comfort and peace of mind to know that my Mom will have immediate aid if she ever requires it. Thank you for your timely and professional services.

Customer service was GREAT, Morrie was well informed and helpful. I tested the product and it worked as advertised. I could not be more pleased. It makes me fell much more safe.
