Missing the balloon dog

I ordered the balloon dog, my order no is 45000002488, the estimate delivery date is Nov, but not reply so far, the order showed complete, but obviously I received nothing and the tracking no is not valid at SF express, I try to contact the lexon support but no reply at all, ridiculous!j can’t understand why hy the support is so weak for a worldwide company

Scam! My order never arrived, money gone

My order never arrived. Money gone, nobody answered my mails. Do not order there!

February, 4th 2026:
After my review, Lexon contacted me, apologized several times, and offered me a voucher as compensation. Shortly thereafter, the goods arrived undamaged. I therefore retract the "scam" accusation and the negative review and thank them for reacting so quickly to the initial order failure. I have therefore withdrawn my original one-star rating.

No update on the delivery status or order process status as promised

I have sent two emails to inquire about the delivery update of the product I ordered but haven't received a single reply.I see you replying others on this website so I had to communicate in here.

Here are the order details for your reference:

- Order date: January 14, 2026, at 2:54 PM

It has been nine days since the order was placed, and I have not yet received any update regarding processing or shipment. I just wanted to check if everything is going smoothly, or if there is any additional information needed from my side.

I would really appreciate it if you could let me know the current status of my order and an estimated processing or shipping timeline.

After ordering 17 October

After ordering 17 October, nothing. I've been messaging with customer service over Instagram since 18 December to find out why shipping hasn't occured as promised. On 19 December I was told that my order was scheduled to be shipped the following week. On 1st January I followed up after receiving nothing, and had no response until the 12th, when I was told that I would receive a Fedex tracking number by the following Wednesday - 10 days later, absolutely nothing. Lexon should have been honest and transparent about delays instead of lying and stringing people along - their strategy has caused more stress and required more energy to follow up than necessary. The damage that the poor roll out and communication has done to the brand is irreversible.
While today Lexon responded to my review to apologise, FedEx have requested $280.17 AUD for import duties - more than double what they should be. There seems to be no end to this madness

En trop longue attente de remboursement

As seen in other reviews, this company does not appear to guarantee shipment or properly take care of its customers. I placed my order (#37000019398) on January 13th and submitted an inquiry (#386454) on January 19th, but as of January 21st, I am still waiting for a response.
If I do not receive any update by tomorrow, I will proceed with requesting a chargeback through my card company.

Jeff Koons x Lexon Design Lamp

Ordered the Jeff Koons x Lexon Design lamp, and while the delivery time was way longer than expected, the finally product is AWESOME. Playing around with all the color combinations was so much fun. Plus, got a nice message apologising for the delay and an explanation about adding in additional details which delayed production. I get it- projects can often take turns. But it was nice to hear from the company. The lamp is a welcome addition to our eclectic decor. Thrilled with it.

Balloon dog Lampe bestellt und erst mit bestellbestätigung und auf Englisch erfahren, dass hier kein 14-tägiges Widerrufsrecht gelten soll. Terms und conditions auf der Website sagen etwas anderes…
Kontakt zum Support ist nur auf Englisch möglich und mit Exklusivität hat das Ganze auch nichts zu tun, nur weil sie erst produzieren, wenn eine Lampe bestellt wurde.
Sehr enttäuscht und froh, dass ich über Paypal mein Geld zurückbekommen konnte.

Durée de vie faible et SAV absent

Lexon Premium qui ne charge plus après 1,5 ans donc inutilisable. Le service client ne répond pas à ma demande d’aide depuis plus de 2 semaines.

Constantly changing shipping timelines

I placed an order for a balloon dog lamp in October 2025, with the due date for shipping being November 2025. There has been absolutely no communication from Lexon at all, to update me on my order. At this point I feel like I’ve been scammed out of $1200. I have tried to contact the company to request a refund or at the very least a shipping update but have not received a response. I am very unhappy and do not recommend this company at all.

DECEPTION

J'ai passé ma commande début Oct car les délais annoncés étaient courant Novembre donc pour un cadeau de noël je prenais pas trop de risque et bien si ! Nous sommes le 11/01 toujours rien reçu et 4e relance ! Les dernières nouvelles du 31/12 m'annonçaient que le colis était prêt et que le fichier était en transfert vers le transporteur, je travaille dans la logistique et on ne peut pas me faire ''avaler'' qu'il faut 10 jours pour remettre un colis au transporteur !!!!! Pourquoi LEXON n'annonce pas les délais réels ! J'espère donc recevoir ma lampe un jour ! et qui fonctionne car je n'attendrai pas autant de temps auprès du SAV et demanderai le remboursement!

Commande d’un Jeff Koons dog passée le 22 octobre, livraison annoncée pour décembre (c’est déjà très long comme délai, surtout pour un objet à 750€ !!!). On croyait comprendre qu’on la recevrait avant Noël…
Nous sommes le 10 janvier et aucune annonce de suivi d’envoi.
2 relances ayant générées des réponses vagues.
Cette entreprise n’est pas sérieuse du tout. De tels délais annoncés et même pas respectés, en 2026 !!! Mais qui traite de cette façon ces clients pour un objet décoratif à 759€ ???

Kauf einer Balloon Dog Lampe von Jeff Koons bei Lexon

Am 08.11.2025 habe ich eine Balloon Dog Leuchte von Jeff Koons online bei Lexon bestellt. Und mit Paypal den Kaufpreis von € 750,00 im voraus bezahlt. Lexon gibt an, dass es sich bei der Leuchte um eine limitierte Auflage handelt. Wie hoch die Auflage ist steht leider nirgends.
Auf meine Nachfrage vom 08.12.25 hin wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Leuchte ab dem 14.12.25 verschickt würde. Ich konnte annehmen, dass sie von Lexon in Paris verschickt würde. Bei meiner weiteren Anfrage stellte sich heraus, dass die Lampe zunächst von Hongkong nach Amsterdam und von dort aus weiter transportiert wird. Aktueller Stand vom 09.01.26 ist, dass sie sich derzeit in der Luft auf dem Weg von Hongkong nach Amsterdam befindet. Seit meiner Bestellung sind nun schon zwei Monate vergangen, wann die Leuchte endlich in Berlin ankommen wird, ist weiter ungewiss.
Wenn ich gewußt hätte, dass die von mir bereits Anfang November bezahlte Leuchte zum Zeitpunkt des Kaufs noch gar nicht produziert war, und es deshalb alles so lange dauert, hätte ich die Lampe nicht gekauft. Die Werbekampagne für die Lampe war gigantisch und steht in keinem Verhältnis zu der schlechten Leistung der Firma Lexon.

Flawless Design

The design of the balloon dog light is outstanding - it's a pure pleasure to look at it. It was also great to see that it even improved from the point was introduced to the point it was finally delivered. So, it was also ok that the production took a bit longer but delays or progress in shipment could have been communicated actively. Customer support is outstanding: fast reactions, super polite, personal and informative.

Commandé il y a trois moi et toujours rien

J ai passé une commande le 14 octobre 2025 , nous sommes le 8 janvier et je n ai toujours pas reçu ma commande ,le problème c est que je n ai aucune perspective de la date de livraison, lors de notre dernier échange je devais etre livrée mi décembre , à ce jour rien et aucune nouvelle et 750 euros dans la nature …
