I genuinely love the design, the way the Lexon speaker dog was created. It is very well made with nice weight to it. The sound quality is also pretty amazing and travels throughout the house quite well. It is such a statement piece and I received it as a house warming gift. I have not had any trouble with my lexon dog and am interested in getting the matching RGB dog. Genuine piece of art plus sound and music, I absolutely love my dog and have not had any issues with it so far. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking for something aesthetic with superior sound quality and a conversational piece that delivers design. 💗

I cannot repeat how much I LOVE my little Lexon Jeff Koons Pup light! It’s so well made, cool and just literally lights up any room. Exceptionally well made, compact and easy to use with great after sales service from the Lexon team ( because I am so bad with reading manuals !) - the pup has been a wonderful addition to my living space. Me and my partner have one each… if you’re looking for a great gift or home design idea - you won’t go wrong with this lovely light. 👍👍👍

The ordering process was smooth and straightforward, with clear updates along the way. Everything arrived perfectly packaged.
The Jeff Koons x Lexon piece is one of those items you don’t really need — but once you see it, you definitely want it. It’s playful, a little bold, and somehow still super clean and elegant.
The quality is great, it feels solid and well made, and the finish looks even better in real life than in the photos.

J’ai commandé 2 balloon dog de Jeff koons (lampe + HP) soit un total de €1'500.-.
Le transporteur n’ayant jamais réussi à me livrer, j’ai alors demandé à Lexon Design un remboursement pour non-livraison, mais à ce moment là plus aucune réponse de leur part, 3 semaines plus tard lassé d’attendre une réponse ils ont reçu ma lettre de mise en demeure qui a finalement pu activer le remboursement et les sortir de leur mutisme.
Cette société est à fuir, service client inexistant, et le pire est que ce produit était soit disant une série limitée jusqu'a fin décembre donc futur collector, et bin non pas du tout depuis janvier on le retrouve sur plusieurs sites internet au même prix. Belle arnaque !

kundenservice praktisch nicht vorhanden. ich habe alle fristen eingehalten und wollte direkt nach dem (schwierigen) erhalt meiner lieferung, einen teil zurücksenden, auf keine meiner mails erhielt ich eine antwort, erst nachdem ich einen chargeback über meine bank beantragt hatte, meldete sich das unternehmen. rücksendung nach frankreich auf eigene kosten. vielen dank... ich rate ganz klar von diesem unternehmen ab. die produkte sind zwar teils ganz schön, teils aber auch qualiativ zweifelhaft. manches ist extrem billig produziert und aufgrund der gestaltung dann hochpreisig... gut, das ist geschmackssache, aber der "kundenservice", puh. das geht einfach gar nicht.

Waited for the dog for six months and when it arrived it was impressive. However, it now is stuck only two colors instead of many. I have written LEXON about this and have yet to get a reply about replacement, etc. I will take up the matter with my credit card company if it is not resolved swiftly.

I gave in to the extremely aggressive marketing - buy it now - it'll be gone forever - never restocking - never reproducing again - never - never - never - now - now - now.
Now I don't have my order. I can't get a real reply from Lexon other than, "It's coming. Sometime." Once and no other updates or replies to over 30 emails.
This morning I got an email blast from Lexon - guess what's back in stock and ready to pre-order?
Yep. The exact same balloon dog that was never going to be restocked again was now restocked.
I still don't have my lamp or any idea of when it will get here. I've disputed the charge with my credit card, so at least Lexon won't get my money if I don't get my dog.
At this point, I feel, and ChatGPT agrees, this type of marketing and advertising is blatantly false and misleading, and some other things if they are actually scamming us, but I want to find out.
Anyone else interested in a Class A?
Why not pop their balloon and really stick it to them?
UPDATE RESPONSE - Yes, Lexon has provided a FedEx tracking number and has guaranteed shipment within 48 hours of receiving the tracking information.
It's been 5 days, and you guessed it,
IT HASN'T SHIPPED.
LEXON LIES - someone put this dog down - I'm over it.

Paul emails me, threatening that Lexon doesn't like my "tone" and will cancel my order unless I withdraw my dispute with my credit card.

UPDATE- 2/8/2026: I opened a dispute with my credit card company because Lexon did not and could not provide reliable or accurate information.
Upon investigation, the claim investigator discovered that Lexon had CANCELED my order just days after blasting them on X, Reddit, and here.
Paul from Lexon, of course, assured me that shipping just "takes time" because "it's on a pallet," and that "once FedEx receives the item, I will be able to track it in real time. However, Lexon has real-time end-to-end tracking, and their system still shows everything is on time for delivery."
LIES.
LEXON, you should be humiliated.
JEFF KOONS, you should apologize.
I'm seeking legal remedies.

I have encountered poor experiences with online purchases and international shipping in the past, but never have I been so frustrated by an entire end-to-end experience that I felt compelled to leave a public review to warn others. Unfortunately, this experience crossed that line.
I have FINALLY received my Balloon Dog order, but only after an unreasonably long and frustrating experience marked by repeated delays, shifting promises, poor logistics, and an almost complete absence of accountability.
At the point of purchase in early October, the website clearly stated an estimated shipping date of November 2025 for this pre-order. While I fully understand that this was only an estimate and that delays can certainly happen, what is completely unacceptable is that there was zero proactive communication when this timeline was missed. No update emails, no revised estimates, no explanation — nothing.
On 9 December, after chasing for an update, I was told in writing:
“I can confirm that your order is part of the second shipment batch, which is currently being processed. It is scheduled to leave our warehouse around mid-December.”
Mid-December came and went with no shipment and no tracking details. Adding insult to injury, in mid-December 2025, I saw the Balloon Dog lamp already being sold in a physical retail store at a shopping mall. This was particularly irking given that I had pre-ordered the item and was still waiting with no clarity on delivery. Seeing the product available in retail while pre-order customers were left waiting speaks volumes about how poorly pre-orders are prioritised.
On 26 December, having still received nothing, I wrote in again and was told:
“Due to exceptionally high shipping volumes during the end-of-year holiday period, logistical processing times have been longer than usual. We would like to reassure you that, according to our logistics team, the dispatch of your order is scheduled for early January. As soon as the shipment is processed, you will automatically receive the tracking information. Based on current transit times, delivery is expected within the first half of January.”
None of this turned out to be true. The order did not ship in early January, nor did it arrive in the first half of January. In reality, the shipment was only dispatched on 26 January (a few days ago as of this writing on 29 January), more than a month after these reassurances.
When the item was finally shipped, I received an update from FedEx requesting more information from me because the shipment was apparently missing or had an incomplete/illegible commercial invoice. Wow!! After so much delays, now this? FedEx contacted me directly to resolve an issue involving documentation that should have been correctly prepared and submitted by the shipper prior to dispatch. I did what I could on my end, providing whatever information I was able to give FedEx whilst also informing them that the supply of commercial invoice was the responsibility of the shipper (Lexon Design). At the same time, I emailed Lexon’s customer service team to inform them of the customs hold and to urge them to resolve the issue promptly to avoid further delays.
I received no response from the customer service team at all. While the issue may eventually have been resolved behind the scenes - perhaps it was through the information I was able to provide or whether Lexon's team actually did speak to FedEx - regardless, I was never updated, acknowledged, or informed by their team.
To make matters worse, this item was intended as a Christmas gift — an extremely delayed Christmas gift, no thanks to them. As the item is sealed, I am unable to open or test it myself. Given the number of reports online of the product not working properly, I can only hope I am not left with egg on my face gifting someone something that arrived late and may not even function.
So, while the product has now technically been delivered, the overall experience was exhausting and deeply, DEEPLY, disappointing - especially given the price paid.
While I cannot comment on Lexon Design’s in-stock items, I would not recommend pre-ordering from them under any circumstances. Be prepared for excessive delays, repeated follow-ups, and being left to fix avoidable issues yourself.
J’ai fait une réclamation sur un réveil en février 2025, une prise en charge de ma demande a été faite et par rapport à mon problème le service client (Nathan) m’avait proposé un remboursement, chose que j’ai acceptée.
Mais après ça je n’ai jamais eu de remboursement. J’ai relancé en août et là on m’a indiqué que la personne en charge du remboursement était en congé... Et toujours pas de remboursement à ce jour malgré ma relance également faite en septembre 2025, donc après presque un an de confirmation de remboursement, je ne l’ai toujours pas eu et vous dites être une marque qui se soucie de ses clients??? C’est du customer washing, honte à vous.

j'ai déjà tout dit... pour une livraison du 16/1/26 , j'ai des écrits qui disent le contraire de la réponse que LEXON vient de faire, une lampe qui ne fonctionne pas (sur2)réclamation 3 jours après .. "on ne reprend pas les produits défectueux VOICI LE MAIL POUR PREUVE
ce qui prouve que LEXON ne sont pas capables d'assumer ...la contradiction est pourtant flagrante et démontre que cette Sté n'est pas fiable, de plus je pouvais retourner la lampe qui fonctionne " PORT A MA CHARGE" mais pas la lampe qui ne fonctionne pas.
Je ne pensais pas qu'un jour je puisse rencontrer une telle situation avec une STE prétendument PIONNIERE DU DISIGN qui ne respecte pas les règles élémentaires et conditions de vente ainsi que la garantie des produits défectueux 3 jours après réception

Nous ne reprenons pas de produits défectueux le formulaire concerne l'autre lampe si vous souhaitiez la retourner.
Tout d'abord, je vous recommande de laisser votre appareil en charge pendant plusieurs heures à l'aide d'un adaptateur de 5W branché sur une prise secteur.
Ensuite, si possible, je vous suggère d'essayer de changer le câble USB-C en utilisant un autre câble qui fonctionne avec d'autres appareils.
En revanche, veuillez dans un premier temps nous fournir une vidéo de votre lampe défectueuse svp ?

NEXT BULLSHIT STORY TO HOLD YOU ON THE LINE - THOUGT I HEARD EVERYTHING BUT DEFINITELY NOT!!!
Sheduled delivery was already in NOVEMBER! They are holding me ont the line for months with different excuses!! Everytime they promise “Sorry for the delay, it’s on the way and you will receive it next week, they told at the end of January). Now almost February and still nothing!!
AS TODAY THE COME WITH THE NEXT RIDICULOUS EXPLANATION: THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT THE SHIPMENT IS LOST IN CLEARANCE OR STOLEN, WTF!!!!). They refuse to compensate but the needs to. My lawyer is on this case. Also tomorrow I am going to the police to make an accusation and ACCUSATION. I done? What a ridiculous company, just give people back their money. And please people, do all the same, go to police at least for a accusation/charges against them!

Today the replied to my earlier comment. Again the same NONSENS “We understand this is not acceptable and your package will be delivered next”. THIS IS FULL OF NONSENS! I HEAR THIS STORY FOR ALREADY 3 MONTHS, ALWAYS THE SAME STORY! + VIA MESSENGER THEY TOLD ME THE BALLOON DOG IS STOLEN OF LOST, SO THIS REPLIES DO NOT CORODE WITH EACH OTHER. Look their reply beneath, that is full of lies. They are also not willkng to refund, if uou think this is nog acceptable, then refund!! Cancel the order and refund money, we people - espacially Europe - has the full rights for this! You had to deliver 3 months ago and now i just want the money/refund back and cancel my order!

Again people, start to charge this company, they not even want to refund your money the easy way. It really needs to go via the hard way. Please do al the same, make official report and start to charge them.

Our balloon dog didn’t work properly but after a bit of fiddling it started to work - it looked great and all the different modes were wonderful. Sadly this only lasted for two weeks and it now doesn’t light up an all, despite charging etc. I have emailed a few times over the last ten days but no reply as yet. Not great from a £750 toy lamp. I am very happy for someone from Lexon design to contact me and help.
Someone got back to me - there is a manual reset button under the usb-c It works and looks great again!!
