J’ai craqué sur la lampe balloon dog en collaboration avec Jeff Koons, elle est juste splendide !!! Aucun regret. L’attente fut longue pour l’avoir car je pense qu’elle a été victime de son succès, le seul regret c’est le petit manque de communication de Lexon sur les délais de livraison. En revanche le service client au top et réactif. Et j’ai même craqué sur l’enceinte balloon dog, hâte de la recevoir.

Jeff Koons Balloon Dog Lamp!
I pre-ordered the latest Jeff Koons Balloon Dog lamp at the end of Oct 2025 for December 2025 production batch. It was shipped out on Jan 2, 2026 and arrived my home 4 days after. I YouTubed the instructions on how to use it.
Overall experience is very smoothly delivered and easy to use. Quality is good and I feel worth the cost. Definitely became a statement piece in my living room.

An artwork to treasure for a lifetime.
I was initially very upset by the delivery delay, but the team’s prompt apologies and attentive responses helped restore my patience and trust.
Whether used as a lamp or a speaker, this piece blends seamlessly into our home interior while functioning beautifully as both a practical object and a true work of art. It was a birthday gift from my husband, and I honestly couldn’t have imagined a more meaningful or perfect present. He waited anxiously day after day, worried it might not arrive in time for my birthday—but thankfully, it did.
For reference, I ordered the speaker version. I already own a Harman Kardon speaker, and the two complement each other wonderfully. Thanks to its lovely form and impressive functionality, every guest who visits can’t help but admire it. I plan to keep this gift for the rest of my life—and I truly hope the after-sales service will support it for many years to come.

A true masterpiece! The best Lexon piece in my collection.
I’ve always stayed tuned to Lexon’s latest moves and have several of their lamps at home, so when the Jeff Koons collaboration was announced, I knew I couldn't miss it. When the Balloon Dog finally arrived, my excitement was through the roof—it’s even more stunning in person than I imagined.
What impresses me the most is the light engineering. While most color-changing lamps feel a bit jarring during transitions, this piece is incredibly sophisticated. The way the colors shift is so seamless and natural, yet the glow always maintains this high-end, soft aura that feels very premium. It’s rare to find this level of light quality in a decorative piece. It’s the perfect blend of iconic art and top-tier tech. I'm so happy to have this in my home!

I’ll admit the delays and logistics made me nervous for a moment, it’s a shame that happened because the product is absolutely spectacular. I adore my balloon dog.
