I have seen a few reviews on here that are enduring my experience too so it is good to know I am not alone, but that doesn't excuse the poor service and communication. These are not cheap pieces that people have purchased, and only after chasing do I get any update which is another stalling tactic to run down the chargeback clock it seems.
Order placed 17th December, 19th Jan, email from Paul (after chasing) your order will ship latter half of January, that comes and goes, email again, fobbed off this time with the creation of a shipping label with Fed Ex (which I see this morning was raised in Liverpool - anyone else getting SCAM vibes here?) So I email again, and now waiting for the reply which will come either late today/tomorrow usually.
So I decided to come on here, and I see I am not alone, and yet there are some people experiencing a smooth service according to the reviews. So why some and not all, why keep some of us in the dark and feeling like we have been scammed???
I think it only fair at this stage to ask for the December orders to be shipped today with another courier if you have identified delays in your usual courier, or let us cancel our orders.

Had trouble working out why my alarm clock was flashing dotted lines! Emailed in to ask and found out it was on child-lock.The kids had obviously been playing around with it and pushed the button 3 times to lock it. Thanks for support helping me work out what had happened. haha.

Schlechter Kundenservice, wenn nicht was anderes…
Meine Erfahrung mit diesem Laden deckt sich mit den bereits geschilderten Erfahrungen: im Dezember den Hund bestellt, Lieferung für Januar versprochen, auf erste Anfrage auf Februar vertröstet, auf zweite Anfrage erfolgte keine Reaktion mehr. Seit dem 30. Januar gibt es wohl einen Zustellauftrag bei FedEx, bei dem sich aber nichts tut. Wenn bald nichts passiert, werde ich mein Geld zurückfordern und einen Anwalt einschalten. Leider erweckt das alles mehr und mehr den Anschein von Betrug.

Love my Lexon x Jeff Koons Balloon Dog
I preordered a Lexon x Jeff Koons Balloon Dog speaker in June 2025 and received my beloved masterpiece in December 2025. While it arrived later than the anticipated ship date of October, I chalked it up to the realities of producing and shipping new products (not to mention the impacts of changing US policies on the global markets).
My speaker is incredible- it truly is a work of art and I could not be happier to have my own little Koons Ballon Dog to call my own… and wondering if I should get him a friend.
I have no hesitation in purchasing another item from Lexon. I haven’t needed their support in addressing an issue, but have found their social media customer support team to be responsive, eager to answer any questions, and helpful.

Jeff Koons Lampe - keine Info, keine Lieferung...alles fake
Jeff Koons Lampe im Dezember bestellt und sie sollte im Januar geliefert werden. Keine Information zum Lieferstatus. Keine Kontakttelefonnummern. ... auf E-Mails wird man aufgrund einer angeblich hohen Anfrage mit einem Standardtext vertröstet... schade, es war als Hochzeitsgeschenk geplant!
Die über den Kundenaccount angeblich hinterlegte Sendungsnummer passt nicht zum Produkt. Weiterhin bewegt sich das paket seit Wochen nicht....
ich schließe mich also meinen Vorbewertern an.... scheinbar wird hier betrügerisch ein Produkt angeboten, das es nicht gibt. Ich gebe Lexon nun eine letzte Möglichkeit, sich zu melden. Ansonsten ziehe ich mein Geld über PayPal zurück und kontaktiere einen Anwalt!

늦게나마 후기를 남겨봐요, 약속한 배송보다 한달 늦었지만 문의결과 디테일과 완성도 때문이라는 답변을 받았고 결국, 제품이 도착했을때 포장 상자가 너무나 기대이상으로 디테일하고 멋졌으며 작은 강아지 사운드는 기대이상으로 놀랐어요, 한참을 꼼꼼을 살펴봤지만 포장이랑 제품이 상상 이상으로 디테일에 놀랐으며 금액이 아깝지 않았습니다. 혹시나 다음 강아지도 너무나 기대가 됩니다. 😊 완전 추천합니다.👍

Commande passée mi décembre 2025 pour…
Commande passée mi décembre 2025 pour un ballon DOG. N'ayant aucune nouvelle de la progression de cette commande comme le fond tous les vendeurs en ligne dignes de ce nom, je les ai sollicité début Janvier 2026. On m'a répondu que je serai livrée entre le 15 et le 31 Janvier 2026. le 10 février j'ai envoyé un mail exprimant mon mécontentement de n'être pas livrée ni même avertie du retard. Aujourd'hui par curiosité je me suis connectée à leur site et oh surprise! ils m'ont soi disant livrée , mais aucune date de livraison n'est indiquée comme c'est l'usage chez tout fournisseur . je devais d'après leur dire recevoir un message de la boite de livraison m'indiquant la date prévue mais rien, Nada. Bref ça pue l'incompétence à tout le moins et l'arnaque au pire. je vais donc activer les moyens de me faire rembourser. Quand je lis les avis sur Trust Pilot ça fait froid dans le dos. Après tout se domicilier 125 Av des champs c'est sur que ça trompe son homme!!
Dommage qu'on doive mettre 1 étoile car ils en mérite Zéro!

Simple buying process
No problems in buying or getting the Jeff Koons Balloon Dog delivered. The timeframe was not really short but at some point i got the notification email about the delivery and it was properly delivered.
Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the fact that the “pre-ordering” phase was a bit misleading, since there was no actual “order” period. The pre-order phase was up until the end of sale, which is misleading for a first time viewer, as they would believe there is a very short time frame to pre-order (yet there were literally months), and a bit unfair for the customers that pre-ordered right at the beginning (like me) who thought the same thing, and found out that the item is in no high-demand at all.

Great art worth waiting for.
The quality and craftsmanship of their products is gorgeous. It was well with the wait - I have a product, a piece of art, and something all my guests constantly comment on. The tech inside my Lexon v Jeff Koons Baloon dog is incredible - I’m still working through all the colours and scenes it can create.

TOUJOURS RIEN RECU après 3 mois de delais !
J'ai longuement hésité avant de posté un message ici. J'ai passé commande le 14/12 pour un achat à 750eu qui devait etre livré au plus tard début janvier! Aucune nouvelle depuis, malgré de nombreuses relances mail des reponses laconiques et floues on ne m'indique jamais clairement une date d'envoi et de livraison... Je finis par me demander est ce de l'escroquerie? Quoi qu'il en soit je suis extremement déçu de la façon dont la marque LEXON gere son rapport au client. AUCUN TELEPHONE PERSONNE JOIGNABLE DIRECTEMENT on parle pas d'un reveil a 20eu mais d'un achat à 750eu. Inacceptable selon moi!

I got the Jeff Koons balloon dog lamp - every time i see this piece in my office it literally makes me lit up with happy smiles. There were some issues with logistics but overall it was worth the wait.
