Very happy with Balloon Dog
I ordered my Balloon Dog in December and received it in February. Although it took some longer as I expected (and got a bit scared after reading all reviews here) customer service continously responded on my questions and gave me updates. If I knew it would take longer beforehand, it would not be a problem for me. Maybe you can inform more realistic timelines in the future. The lamp itself is really beautiful and I am very happy with it. Quite some quality and delivered in a nice box. It is really worth its price.

Preordered the balloon dog lamp by Jeff Koons. Once the shipment started the communications where a bit slow and unclear and the wait was quite long. But the ordering process was easy and smooth and the product is amazing.
Both the packaging and product is outstanding. Quality of the light and the strength blew me away. Even in bright rooms. I was worried the plastic would feel cheap but it’s heavy and sturdy. Wish the battery would last longer but with the intense light and small area to hide batteries it’s fully understandable 5 hours is max. On highest brightness it’s closer to 3-4 hours tho.
The charging cable is high quality and looks nice. Wish to have gotten a charging brick as well for this price.
Would get 5/5 if it wasn’t for the long shipping time and lack of power brick

I really love my new Baloon Dog Lamp
I really love my new Baloon Dog Lamp.
I always wanted to have a Baloon Dog in my collection and now I literally can have one! When I opened the package I felt so happy because every detail was just perfect. The lamp has so many different lighting functions that makes it genius!
Such a nice way to own a piece of art that can be used every day.
The delivery took more time than expected but I guess it is part of the niche object I was buying, so I didn’t expect it to be faster. When I contacted the Lexon team to be reassured that my order was arriving they reacted so quickly and professionally to my request. I honestly can’t complain at all! So happy about this purchase! Thanks Lexon!

I needed input on the right charger strength and the support team was right on it and answered my questions. The balloon dog itself is a fantastically well made object, an artwork in its own right, and wonderfully diverse in its varied display options.

Poor quality of product and service - unresponsive
First of all, delivery took way longer than anticipated and without clear communication - 6 months later I finally receive my Jeff Koons Dog Lamp.
Now two months after that, half of the lamp doesn't work anymore - only the front part until half of the body lights up.
it's been two weeks that I've been waiting for an answer from their techsupport and this is just unacceptable - this company isn't serious about customer experience - I m waiting for an answer and likely will ask for a full refund - the product isn't reliable and their support neither.
Responding to my comment doesn't mean that the problem was solved. Your support responded and it's been now a month that nothing has happened.
This is an AWEFUL service. Never again.

The life (light) of the party
I absolutely love my balloon dog. The presentation in the box when it arrived was stunning, and makes it feel like a true collector's item. The inserts and graphics are really beautiful, and I hope to keep the box in pristine condition as well as the lamp!
The lamp has many different modes that are perfect for various lighting moods, whether for subtle ambiance or a flashy party. Every time I change modes I find a new favorite. This little guy is a great conversation piece as well as an enhancer of any lighting mood.
The construction feels very sturdy and looks classy and expensive. The brilliance of the light is also very high quality.
I only wish I had gotten a second one to match! Although my friend got one so we are looking forward to a playdate soon.

Totally Incompetent!
As with many others I ordered The Balloon Dog in November as a Christmas present, as December shipping was guaranteed! There customer service is diabolical, responses are sporadic with constant lies about despatch dates. I was hoping to get it for Valentines but that has come and gone. Again I also have a label creation on 30 January, cleared customs on 14 February but no sign of it. I don't think it's a scam they are just totally incompetent and have no interest in their customers. If you want a balloon dog, get it from John Lewis, that way you'll get it next day.

J’ai passé commande le 17 juin 2025…
J’ai passé commande le 17 juin 2025 pour deux articles en précommande, avec une livraison annoncée pour octobre 2025.
La commande n’a finalement été expédiée que le 17 décembre 2025, soit près de 2 mois de retard par rapport au délai indiqué lors de l’achat.
N’ayant plus besoin des produits en raison de ce retard important, j’ai demandé l’annulation de la commande et un remboursement avant réception du colis.
Malgré plusieurs emails et un appel téléphonique, on me répond simplement de contacter le transporteur, sans tenir compte du retard initial ni de ma demande d’annulation.
À ce jour :
• je n’ai pas réceptionné le colis
• je n’ai pas été remboursé
• le service client reste évasif
Très déçu par la gestion du dossier et le manque de considération pour le client.
Je ne recommande pas en l’état

Lampe ballon dog non livrée
Lampe balloon dog achetée en décembre mais toujours pas livrée à ce jour. Le service client de Lexon élude, mais n'apporte aucune réponse si ce n'est de dire que la situation va se débloquer et de me communiquer un numéro de suivi FEDEX que ces derniers ignorent totalement ... A la lecture de ces avis, le service client Lexon semble beaucoup plus efficace quand on n'a pas besoin d'eux ...
