First of all, I would like to thank Lexon Design for its collaboration with Jeff Koons — it is simply outstanding.
As for Lexon, there’s little more to say: their work is impeccable.
I placed my order during the summer and, although the wait has been quite long, I’ve been able to follow the entire creation process with great anticipation, which made the experience even more special.
The final result is magnificent: an exceptional piece with outstanding craftsmanship and a truly sublime aesthetic. Without a doubt, a true design icon.
In my case, I purchased the lamp version, and I find it absolutely beautiful. The LED light effects are original, elegant, and adjustable, adding a very appealing extra touch.

I absolutely love my balloon dog by Lexington design. I get compliments it every time someone sees it and it is such a cool vibe. The various settings are fun to play with and you can change the setting with the mood of the house. It’s absolutely gorgeous and worth it! I highly recommend.

The Balloon Dog Lamp was the perfect holiday gift for myself as I received it 2 days before Christmas. Opening that package was a delight in itself as it revealed layers of surprises from the box to the certification, down to the actual item itself. It was well-packed and well-presented. And the lamp itself was a dream. Holding it felt like it was going to be a lamp for keeps. And as soon as I turned it on, the magic happened. The different light options seemed endless and could lift anyone’s mood any given time of the day. It is really worth every penny.
And can I tell you how the great the customer service was. Shout out to Annabel who promptly and patiently responded to all my querries, from taxation, payment mishaps to actual delivery. It made me feel confident that everything will be ok up until I get the package. And more than ok it was☺️

What I like most about Lexon designs is how they balance simple, refined style with durability. Many of their pieces-especially dinnerware and glassware- look sophisticated but are still practical for everyday use, often being dishwasher-safe and sturdy porcelain. I’m obsessed and get so many comments on this decor!

A stunningly crafted piece of art
Had some communication issues (as a result of some bad timing), which I’ve had a thorough explanation and apology for. When I eventually received the item it was beautifully packaged and delivered quickly. The title is self is breathtaking. Incredible well crafted, beautifully designed and quite frankly, stunning. Particularly shout out to Annabel from the social media team who was a hero frankly, and a real credit to the LEXON brand. Professional, polite and did her best to assist me with my initial issues. Very grateful for her assistance - and am besotted with this stunning piece of art. The quality shows from every angle.

Paul's customer service at Lexon Design is first class. He was kind, informative and engaging. He took time to listen to my comments and immediately fixed my problem. I was setting the clock wrongly and Paul assisted me to set it correctly. It is rare these days for companies to care about their customers but Lexon Design are obviously a step above others. I ordered The Balloon Dog light version, a creation by Lexon Design and Jeff Koons.
I always say, the devil is in the details and you see from the packaging till the product itself, every detail has been taken care off.
For example, how you can have so many choice options by 1 single nose button.
A amazing blending between Art and Tech for a tech boy lik me. Strong recommendation!
The also have a sound dog by the way to play your favorite music through.

Achat Mino T. Quelques mois après, le ressort du mousqueton s’est fragilisé ou cassé. J’ai contacté par mail Lexon pour expliquer le problème. Il a suffit de 2,3 mails et quelques photos ou vidéo, pour qu’on me propose le remplacement de ma Mino défectueuse (sans retour de celle-ci). Politique audacieuse et service client excellents. On continue dans la lancée avec ce qui aurait pu être la plus belle collaboration de Lexon avec le talentueux designer Jeff Koons. Commande passée en Décembre 2025 pour une livraison garantie en Janvier 2026. Ça se comprend. 750€ pour ce bel objet. En vacances à la montagne fin février je reçois enfin la confirmation de livraison de l’objet par le transporteur FedEx. Je demande à le faire livrer en point relais au carrefour près de chez moi. FedEx me confirme la livraison. À mon retour de vacances je passe au point relais. PAS DE COLIS REÇU… j’ouvre une réclamation auprès du transporteur. Après vérification ils ne trouvent pas mon colis et me redirige vers le support LEXON. Je recontacte cette Louise du support qui avait été très aimable lors de mes premiers échanges avec le support Lexon lorsque je commençais à m’inquiéter de ne pas avoir de nouvelles de la livraison de mon achat. Depuis aucune nouvelle… le support ne répond plus. Pas de confirmation de leur part que des investigations sont menées avec le transporteur FedEx. J’ai perdu 750 euros. L’affaire part en justice….
