It's worth it
I questioned the price initially but I'm glad I bought it. The quality is definitely worth it. The battery life could be better, but still an amazing piece.

I really treated myself with these 2 guys and they give me a smile everyday I spot them somewhere in between my furniture...
I ordered 1 baloon dog with "light" and 1 balloon dog with "speakers" and I love them both.
Yes, the delivery took a little longer than expected but the customer service was always very friendly and there for me. I really do appreciate friendly customer service nowadays...
So I did not mind too much about delayed delivery. When the product was finally shipped I immediately became full tracking information over country borders (my dogs were shipped to Germany) and it just took some days for my 2 dogs to arrive. They had been packed very safely. The dogs themselves are packed in beautiful boxes showing the balloon dog on the lid.
I love them both. The LED-dog shows beautiful colored adaptable light and although of course because of the size there is a lack of bass, the speaker dog has very clear sound and one can feel the music vibrations when picking it up. It's great for music (I don't like it if the tracks contain too many drum cymbals though, as they sound a little bit "stressful" as it pushes the speakers to the limit), listening to podcasts or using it as an external speaker while talking on my mobile phone. The microphone also seems to have good quality - up to now nobody complained when I use the dog microphone for telephoning....
I also really like the size of the dogs. Some might consider them as quite small, but to me they have the perfect size to easily carry them around and one can always find a little spot to place them where they can look good 🙂. This makes their everyday use very practical.
There comes a microfibre-cloth with each dog which is very cute (it has a ballondog engraved /printed on it) and perfect to give them a clean from time to time to remove dust from the surface.
I recommend everybody to open their homes to welcome a balloon doggy (they don't need to be walked by the way 😉). They are adorable! 🥰

Excellent achat du ballon Dog , malgré une longue attente , lors de l’envoi , heureusement le service de Lexon a été très professionnel sur le suivi et les réponses à mes questions .
Pour le deuxième drop un peu de cafouillage pour le départ mais tout est rentré dans l’ordre : parfait 👍 .

Firma Lexon: Große Katastrophe !!
Im Dezember 2025 habe ich eine Ballon Dog-Lampe von Jeff Koons bestellt, die als Weihnachtsgeschenk geplant war. Schon kurz nach der Bestellung erhielt ich den Hinweis, das mit einer Lieferung vor Weihnachten nicht zu rechnen ist mit einer Anlage, die einen Geschenkgutschein enthielt. Danach Totenstille!! Auf meine Nachfragen im neuen Jahr erhielt ich immer wieder vorgefertigte vertröstende Antworten. Erst Anfang März, nach Androhung eines Verfahrens durch einen Rechtsanwalt erhielt ich durch den angeblichen Lieferanten Hermes (der mieseste Lieferdienst in Deutschland) zwei Liefertermine am 5. und 6. März, an denen kein Fahrer auftauchte. Einen angeblichen Lieferversuch am 7.3. können wir durch unsere Hauskamera widerlegen.
Am 9.3. dann die Meldung von Hermes, sie hätten das Paket gar nicht, es wäre auf dem Weg zurück zu Lexon. Erst nach Festsetzung einer letzten Frist kam die Lampe dann am 25.3 mit dem Angebot von 5% Rabatt bei uns an. Aber selbst der Rabattbetrag wurde von Lexon falsch berechnet, da sie 35,00 Euro überwiesen und nicht 37,50 Euro. Ich kann nur raten: Finger weg von dieser Firma, die Begriffe wie Kundenzuwendung, Verlässlichkeit oder saubere Information nicht kennen!

Not recommended
I purchased a lamp at the beginning of December as a Christmas gift, expecting it to arrive on time for the holidays. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.
The product ended up arriving almost three months later, long after Christmas, making it completely useless as a gift. What made things worse was the lack of communication throughout the entire process. I only received any updates or tracking information after sending multiple emails, and only when I insisted quite strongly.
There was no proactive communication, no proper follow-up, and absolutely no compensation or gesture of goodwill for such a significant delay.
Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend ordering if you expect reliable delivery times or decent customer service.
