What an asset to the town...
Went in as post office had said they'd print a label for me...which they did and sellotaped it to my parcel and were generally kind, courteous and helpful. Asked a question about recycling old mobiles and the chap offered to buy it from me!
Such lovely and genuine people.

After spending 4 hours in Nottingham…
After spending 4 hours in Nottingham today and 2 mobile phone shop experts failing to fix the issue over several hours; I was astounded when Kim at PhoneShop UK 517 Woodborough Road, Mapperley Nottingham NG3 5FR just fixed it. I had taken another phone to get it unlocked and he offered to have a look, fixing it straight away (15 minutes). Apart from being totally overwhelmed with his service, absolutely everything about my experience with Kim at The Phone jShop was OUTSTANDING.

Excellent customer service and no charge for cleaning out the connector in the phone, which of course was the problem in the first place(No Charge to the phone that is, OK maybe that's funnier in my head!) Anyway would use them again in a heart beat...

Fantastic local repair shop!
Smashed my iPhone 8 screen on a night out. Staff were friendly, knowledgable and the repair was done within the hour. Left with a brand new screen, screen guard and case - fully protected at a fair price. Would highly recommend these guys!!
