Thankyou Jack at TPS for your help with my phone problems over years. Im now moving & fear I'll never find another shop so skilled friendly & helpful.

It’s Saturday afternoon at nearly 4 pm, my phone has gone green screen, tried everything to rectify the problem, still green I ring TPS, yes we can fix it, I eventually get to the shop at 5 pm due to heavy traffic and an event in St Paul’s it’ll be done in 40/45 minutes,,
And it was. No dramas and complete with a new screen protector!
Real nice, helpful guys in these times is a breath of fresh air thank you TPS 10/10

We have previously used the The Phone Shop for tablet and laptop upgrades and they provided excellent service then. I recently upgraded my iPhone and they were incredibly helpful, suggesting the most suitable upgrade and they organised the transfer of settings, apps, data etc from my old to my new phone. They have an excellent choice of phones available at competitive prices and the condition of the phones are exactly as described.

I recently asked my daughter in law if she knew a good phone shop. I visited the phone shop and was not disappointed. This shop is head and shoulders above any other and their service is simply superb. I now have my go to for computers too.
Thoroughly recommended. T
Thank you Zac!
Hi Tash I got a new phone from that great shop you recommended
From my daughter in law
That’s such wonderful news frances so happy they helped. They are such lovely men that work there and extremely honest.

I’m not someone who writes reviews often, but this experience truly deserved one. My husband’s phone had stopped charging, and although he was thinking of getting a new one, I suggested we first try the phone repair shop on Earlsdon High Street.
The customer service was outstanding from the moment we walked in. The technician took the phone, quickly diagnosed it as a minor issue, and fixed it in under 10 minutes. What really amazed us was that he refused to charge us anything. We were completely speechless!
Thank you so much for the excellent service. You’ve definitely restored my faith in getting gadgets repaired. I’ll be back soon with my laptop.

Absolutely the best place to go for all your phone and tablet issues. I recently purchased a phone there at a very reasonable price. I also needed to get some help when I went into the settings of the phone and messed the whole thing up. The guys rectified it all very quickly. I would strongly recommend The Phone Shop for buying or repairs

Extremely helpful and decent guys-always friendly and willing to help

awesome service and totally trustworthy

Great job & price and lovely fella. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this business.
Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled.”

Jack and Zac are great…approachable, professional and knowledgeable. They totally know their world and offer fantastic, reliable service to those of us who don’t…me! Great to have such a trustworthy service on our high street…thanks guys!

Very professional and honest service. Great team of guys.

These guys were so helpful and honest. Quick friendly service and fixed my non charging phone immediately. Great service

These guys know what they’re doing.
I visited for an iPhone repair (13 pro max)
Rear glass broken.

The advice and service provided exceeded all expectations.

Parts were genuine and they presented them prior to installation for inspection. Conversation regarding all aspects of the repair process are completely open and they’re very clear about the repair process requires. This gave me great confidence in their skills.

They also supplied new screen and camera protectors which they also installed. I bought a new external case (they have cases for every phone model)

They are very thorough about checking the device is in full working order. And present the device back for you to check prior to payment.

12 months of warranty on parts and their installation service. That makes me very happy.

I will happily recommend them to anyone.
Top notch service from a great team. Nothing else to say.

Phone feels brand new again.

I recently traded in my iPhone at The Phone Shop. They offered me the maximum price compared to other places and made the whole process quick and easy. Zacc and the team were professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. I’ll definitely be coming back here again when it’s time to upgrade or trade in another phone.

Popped into the shop earlier today with a problem with my iPhone. Within minutes the guy had it sorted.
A great company with knowledgeable friendly staff. I recommend them if you have issues with your phone or looking to purchase a new one.
