Amazing product - an incredible experience

My four year olds love this. And the dog ate the activation cube which they replaced immediately which was really kind. Customer Support was quick to reply and proactive. One thing, it doesn’t work with my husband’s Samsung, only my iPhone which is fine but surprising as both are the latest phones.

I would recommend this for any 5 year old who loves nature and animals. The experience it offers is incredible. The whole package was very good. My son loves it and was by far his top Xmas present.

Phenomenal real life experience, a real selection of outdoor safaris , I’ve been licked by a dog a few times and now an enormous polar bear ..... my dad has also ridden a shark.....

My 5 year old and 8 year old love it. It works really well and is easy to set up. After a week or so the head set was accidentally jumped on. It’s well made but broke. I emailed and a new head set was sent out within a couple of days. Really helpful and efficient.

I was looking for fun and educational activity to entertain my son during lockdown and this is absolutely great! He won’t take it off!

My daughter wanted to use her Christmas money to buy one - it arrived a couple of days after ordering it. The presentation of the product is 10/10, it looks far more expensive than it is. We downloaded the app to my phone, and registered the app - the process is very simple and quick to do. My daughter loves it and seems to really enjoy the experiences - particularly Shark Dive. My wife and I have had several goes and both thoroughly enjoyed it, it's definitely not only for kids, the whole family can get involved. The book that's included in the pack is also fantastic, lots of facts. Overall, a fantastic product that's fun yet subtly educational also. Thumbs up!

Having seen the FB ad I decided to buy this as a Christmas present for my 8 year old nephew, and it's safe to say it's a winner. Easy to setup and it arrived in a snazzy box that also included a very cool book too. Highly recommended and eager to see what other experiences come out.

Absolutely brilliant, arrived in two days which is pretty impressive given lockdown and the time of year. The shark dive is a favourite. Bought this for my soon to be 12 year old son and very glad he would rather use this than fortnight. Would highly recommend for any parent (and quite enjoyed it myself).

Our 8 and 10 year old boys each received Let's Explore Oceans VR goggles for Christmas. They were a huge hit and fantastic for any children, particularly if they're keen on wildlife and nature as ours are.
The goggles are good of quality, and the app was easy to download to our iPhone. The book was excellent as well. They loved all the adventures, particularly Legend of Lusca.

Purchased the Let's Explore VR goggles as a Christmas present for my son who is 9 and he absolutely loves them! App set up was easy no problems at all, looking forward to new experiences in the future.

We did have a small issue with the edge of the lenses which I informed the company about, I was sent replacement VR goggles very quickly. Very pleased with purchase and the customer service.

Exactly what we hoped for and more! Enjoyed by and amazed grandparents, parents and it’s 9 year old recipient! So easy to set up and use - you do need a smartphone to use this though so definitely read the info carefully!

So disappointing. Feel like a total mug. Like others despite checking the product is not compatible. And the quality poor. Put up a review and was actually optimistic that it appeared the customer service would be good. But suddenly my review and surprise surprise their emails and promises have disappeared into thin air. We are faced with so much horridness at the moment it is such poor taste that something that was meant to bring joy makes you feel ripped off and your kids disappointed. I am lost for words. I would not recommend anybody buy this product.

My Husband saw the ad for this on Facebook, we were a bit worried about buying from a Facebook ad but thought it would be something my son would love.....it came and the packaging itself it's lovely, you get a great book in the box and all the different adventures you can go on are incredible!
My son loves anything sea creature related but even myself and my Husband love this, it's full of interesting facts too!
I had hoped to use an old phone for this but the phone didn't have the latest software but the app was available on my iPhone xr and my husbands Samsung s10 so he just borrows our phones.

Had trouble downloading the app but the customer support has been superb , they replied to my emails within a few hours and have offered a full refund .

Bought as a Christmas present for my 10 year old son, unfortunately on the day we could only find 1 phone that was compatible with it, so my son tried it out using his Uncle's phone for the day. Today I emailed the support team to explain the problem and they have been extremely helpful in finding a solution. They emailed me a link that worked for my android phone and we are up and running now. I have a very happy boy! I can highly recommend the device as well as the technical support.Excellent service!

Hi we have quite a new phone out galaxy s9 and it is not compatible with this phone please could you give me a list of new phones it compatible on please we have a s8 to my son was gutted he couldn't have a go on Christmas

Brilliant product, purchased for my 7 year old granddaughter. Faulty when opened, excellent customer service replacement received with a couple of days. One happy 7 year old.

Looks absolutely amazing, however unable to use this on the 4 phones in the house. Really disappointing as daughter was really happy with this. We was looking to get a new phone but not really a viable option. Please can you help me

This product is amazing. I got it for my 7 year old son who is amazed by it and also his 5 year old daughter. I had a bit of trouble downloading the app but that didnt matter as let's explore came back to my instantly and I managed to navigate my way though it very easy. If you are in doubt about this product please don't be. Great value for money.
