Having had one bought as a Christmas gift for our son and seeing how much he’s enjoyed using it, we decided to buy one for my nieces 11th birthday last week. Feedback...well, she absolutely “LOVES IT” (no.1 uncle status reaffirmed :)) - apparently, she’s been trying to scare her Dad by showing him the shark experience Lol! My sister (her mum) is also very happy; particularly liking the idea that she’s learning at the same as having fun.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for an alternative gift that is both fun and educational! 👍🏻

My son received the Mega pack for his 11th birthday and he absolutely loves it (along with the rest of the family!). Initially we had a couple of teething problems with the product and I emailed the customer service team on a Sunday afternoon and within minutes they had responded and fixed the problem. Great customer service and a great product!

My 7 year old little boy received this set as a Christmas gift, he absolutely loves it!! Really great product! The cube fell into the wrong hands recently and unfortunately was destroyed, contacted Let’s Explore who responded immediately and have issued a replacement! Excellent customer service! Very grateful to them! Would not hesitate to recommend this product!

Let’s Explore is truly amazing 🤩 We ordered the pack as a fun & learning experience and we’ve been truly blown away how good it is.. The developers have covered learning & exploring it’s so much fun...We almost had to draw up a rota for who’s turn is next.. Myself & my family are living in Florida, USA we ordered from the UK and it came within the week! Thank you Let’s Explore we love it.

I've been interested in VR experiences for the last couple of years, especially those that don't have a high cost barrier to entry. Thanks to the easy setup and great smartphone compatibility Let's Explore have delivered a quality product at a great price. With everyone currently sat in lockdown, I highly recommend this little opportunity for a bit of gentle escapism.

Great customer service. I bought mine beginning of December and hadn't opened it or used it until feb. Noticed the phone holder was broken. I emailed let's explore and Informed them and within half an hour they had replied saying a replacement will be sent. No questions and no hassle at all. Very pleasently surprised and my 7yr old is over the moon. Very very pleased

Really not value for money. For your £69.99 you get a book, rubber cube, access to the app to view the films and a plastic holder (the VR googles) to hold your mobile phone to display the films. I can definitely think of better things to spend £69.99.

My Granddaughter has just started to explore her b’day gift today. She really loves it and gets so excited at all the exciting visual experiences! Fantastic gift the best I have bought for her, most definitely!

It’s educational without being too much that way that it’s not seen as a fun thing to do. So immersive and interactive. Our son loves it. Me too actually!

My grandson said he loved this after he managed to get goggles of his mum who was enjoying it, his using it for school work at moment so fun and educational hoping to see more subjects come out in future. Good quick delivery and text messages to inform of process of the order. Well worth cost.

I bought this product for my 9-year old son for Christmas. At first we were disappointed as it was all blurred but upon closer inspection we hadn't extended the goggles.. duh!!! Once we did there were fights throughout the family to get a turn. My son watched it in wonder for hours. I absolutely love it too. It's as if you are actually there under the water. Very relaxing, calming and soothing. Videos are very real and the 360 vision just gives such an amazing experience. Major WOW factor. Amazing value for money and beautifully packaged and presented. The cube is a really quirky addition my son loves it. I had a problem transferring the product from my phone to my son's new phone (down to my ignorance - not the product) and this was VERY quickly resolved (emails were responded to within an hour - at 23.39 - someone is working late). The very best customer service you could ask for way above and beyond. If you want an outstanding educational, top-quality product with outstanding top-quality customer support at the back of it then this is definitely a win win all round and your kids will be amused and educated for hours.

After I purchased this product, but before I used it, the list of compatible phones was updated and my iPhone 7 was no longer compatible. I emailed customer service who immediately arranged for a courier to collect the package and for a refund. I was impressed with the speed with which customer service responded and the ease with which my problem was resolved.

I wrote a review on 27th December as we had issues with the product, but I couldn’t not write a second one as the customer service I have received since has been excellent. I was unaware that the product was in its infancy and was produced to bring the experience to people’s homes during lockdown. They had become aware of the glitches and were doing their best to rectify them. I wish them every success with the development, in these uncertain times. Thank you for rectifying the issue.

I bought this for my son as a Christmas present. He absolutely loves it. It has triggered a real interest in sea life and the oceans and he is asking more and more questions....which I am finding harder and harder to answer. My youngest son is really enjoying it too. It's been the perfect present for lockdown.
