I recently gifted the mega pack to my autistic grandson for his 11th birthday and it has been the most amazing experience for him. As well as the rest of our fam.
The pack arrived in a week, and was beautifully presented and was easy to set up.
Angus, my grandson, loves it. He has always been a bit nervous of swimming but now can’t wait to start swimming lessons again.
So my question to you is will there be other adventures becoming available on cubes such as rainforest, jungle, animal, etc. that we can purchase to give Angus other fantastic adventures. This is the perfect way to peak Angus’s interest into the outside world and engage him in the world at large.
Thanks for giving my grandson this awesome experience and we can barely wait for our next adventure

Great concept! Opened the box and it was so well-presented. Gave to my nephew for his 7th birthday because he’s obsessed with Sharks. He loves it! The VR goggle experience was wild. I had a polar bear walking right in front of me!! Definitely recommend

I bought this for a birthday gift for my granddaughter, she absolutely loves it we’ve all had a go too and it’s fascinating, she’s learnt so much about the ocean which she is very interested in so she’s very happy with it, really pleased with let’s explore oceans concept

I ordered and paid in full more than one month ago and have not received any notice of shipping and have not received the order. I paid in full with credit card so hopefully I can get credit card company to cancel payment as this looks like fraud. This was a Christmas gift but looks like I was victim of fraud. My advice to everyone is do not order from this company……

Although I haven’t had the chance to use it as it was a birthday gift for my grandson birthday who lives in another state. I watched by FaceTime and he loved it and was feeling out and walking around as if he was under the water. My son has told me that since his birthday, he keeps wanting to watch it every day. It was very straightforward to set up.

This is the first time I ordered from this company. I have not received the product yet. However, there was a problem with my order and I reached out to their customer service. They responded right away and rectified the problem. I was impressed with their promptness and support. Looking forward to receiving the product.

Thank you for a speedy response and getting the cube to me. I have used it several times and I am having big fun. I appreciate all that you do. Say, maybe you can do the same with animals on land such as hippos, deer, wolves, snakes, lizards and cats. Thanks again

Ordered 8th October..Delivered 15th October. Would love to play with it but it's a Christmas present, might just have to buy one for myself. Everything delivered was as advertised and was of very high quality. First class...Highly recommended

We bought 1 each for our grandkids. The units arrived quickly, were well packaged and easy to use. The look of awe on their faces made my day. They love the water and are delighted to see what the grandma and pa see and do when we scuba dive. I believe this tool will help keep the passion to look after our oceans alive throughout our generations.

I ordered Let’s Explore Ocean’s for my 9 yr old. And what a fabulous educational product. It arrived super quick from ordering and the clarity of the images is amazing. The squalls of joy coming out of my little guy was the best. Not to mention the ducking & weaving he did trying to get away from the Great White Shark 🦈.

This product is well worth the money. I cannot wait to see there next great product. Maybe a cube on Wild African Animals.

Love this product was fun as well as educational. A truly immersive experience. Would recommend to others especially people with children as it is a fun way to learn.

Got this for my 6 kids for Christmas. Order came quickly.
I had an issue with an activation code but customer service through Facebook got it fixed very quickly.
I tried it out just to see how it was and make sure everything worked. I can’t wait for my kids to try it out on Christmas, they are going to love it!

When i enter the Explorer Activation Code, it has an error that something went wrong

Looks like a great product and asked my husband to buy it for our daughter in March 2021. He says he already had as surprise but it didn’t arrive and he thought it was a scam. I followed up with the company via email, they did respond, I gave them details of the purchase, asked for tracking information, they didn’t give it to me (wouldn’t answer questions or forward details), but on the face of it, looks like it was never sent. In August I was told another would be shipped. It was supposed to have arrived last week according to the vague shipping information from some company I’ve never heard of and can’t find online. I’ve contacted support to get full tracking details or a refund but no reply. Package may have gone astray the first time (very dubious as to whether it was sent at all), but twice??? I don’t think so. I think this is a scam and the money is gone.

Ordered this for my granddaughter. Product is easy to use with excellent graphics. She loved watching this & was shouting a whales coming, I can see a shark.
Customer service was excellent when I contacted due to late delivery & a new one was dispatched with next day delivery.

Paid for my for item in March of 2021 and have yet to receive anything and also cannot get anyone to email me back about it. It’s been 4 1/2 months now.
