The goggles for this product did not fit any of the 4 phones that are owned in my household.
They refuse to refund my money even though it was a christmas gift .
So I would not recommend purchasing this product to anyone.

Really impressed with Let's Explore - the activation code was invalid (opened it up on Christmas Day), so I read reviews, emailed and was not expecting a reply - but I got one almost instantly. Went through a few things and got a new activation code. EXCELLENT customer service!

Fantastic item, my 3 smurfs really loved it. I bought it last year for them, and bought one more this year, as a Christmas present for my niece. Super fast delivery, the little one she was so impressed with the shark tooth!!!

I got this for my hubby. he enjoys using it. Only lets you down when you have to wait for things to load. didnt realise the mobile cant be used when you are exploring and it would be good that other people in the room didnt have to hear the commentary. other than that its great.

Christmas day saved
My son got this today for Christmas. We couldn't get a verification email sent with code as it didn't seem to be working. I raised a ticket issue and within a short while I received a personal response and got it all sorted on Christmas day. You would be hard pushed to get service like that on a holiday!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
The first goggles they sent was defective...the operating right button was not working. I pressed a little harder and it popped out !
I emailed them the issue and sent them photo of the defective button that broke.
They did not hesitate to replace the goggles.
They will ship a new box!
I cannot wait to try them on. My son will be so happy!!!

The time between the order and delivery was very quick, I haven't used this product as of yet , it's a xmas present for my 7 year old son but it looks amazing & he will love this as hes very into sealife & underwater the review from other ppl who have used it were excellent so looking forward to seeing his wee face.

I purchased this last year as a joint Christmas present for my 9 year old and 5 year old grandchildren. They thoroughly enjoyed the amazing sights. They lost interest during the summer but recently returned to it. I tried to log on but failed kept getting activation code invalid. I was about to give up when I thought of emailing for help. Within 5 minutes Luke had got in touch. Within ten minutes they had sorted the problem and we were up a running again marvelling in the sights we say. A big thank you
