This company was very responsive when communicating via email. I returned the product as was late in arriving for grandson’s birthday and, because a phone was required to use, thought it wouldn’t be appropriate for him. There was a delay in refunding but when I sent an email they responded right away and reimbursed me. It did cost over $25 though to return to USA from Canada.

The grandchildren loved it and didn't take too much time to set up. Looks like your with the animals, cool.

Customer service very helpful regarding sign in problems on Vodiac platform. Very fast and nice people to assist on issues. Of course very efficient as it worked out after few manipulations.

I ordered this as a gift for Christmas, After many emails, I was told that it had been dispatched - but I have yet to receive it.
This is now a month on. I will be going to trading standards about this as the were quick to take the money from my account but no goods to show for it - Robbed!

I bought this for my grandson for Christmas 2021 and he absolutely loves it. Will be purchasing more Lets Explore products for him if he behaves himself.

I bought this last year for my son and never got it to play the videos. Eventually gave up when customer service could not help either. I decided to give it another go after receiving an email from them about new videos. Still doesn’t work- don’t waste your money is my advice

Got this for my kids for Christmas and they couldn't stop watching and learning. It was by far the most used present on Christmas Day. ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!!

I gave three Let's Explore Oceans as Christmas Gifts for my sons and their families. They were filled with wonder. To watch their reactions was entertaining for other members of the family.

To be honest I was a bit sceptical about this when buying it, usually you get some dodgy cardboard box of tricks, but not this.

It takes a wee bit of time to get used to it, especially if like me you wear glasses, but once you get it going, the instructions are perfect by the way, but once it’s going it’s brilliant.

One tip, make sure you are in strong light if using the goggles, I couldn’t get them to work until I got the big light I switched on.

My grandson loves it.

This item was a gift for my 7 years old granddaughter, she adores it and watches it all the time. I have been allowed a few minutes but no review can explain the immense pleasure my granddaughter gets from watching, in particular the swimming with sharks..
Well worth it just to see and hear the pleasure it generated.

The customer service is amazing! They were very quick to respond and resolve the issue immediately!

We have recently received an email to say there are additional videos to be accessed via the let's explore vr goggles and account using the vodiac app. I had some issues logging in initially as our set haven't been used in a while. I emailed the let's explore team and received instant help and assistance getting us access to the free vodiac vids. It's great seeing the Xmas gift from last year being used again. And thanks for the prompt, friendly and helpful service 👍

Great experience! My child loves it. What I’ve noticed is that if we used an older iPhone the image was not great but with a newer one the image is fantastic.

Let's Explorer has incredible customer service. Prompt replies to my uestions within minutes, with kind, helpful and complete answers. You're in great hands, with a great product.

Brought this for my daughter for Christmas 2021 arrived in good time. She loves it.
Only down side is it drains your phone battery pretty quick.
