LBG Jewellers Anmeldelser

I bought a ring that was slightly too small and contacted LBG for advice. Louis who replied could not have been more helpful. The resized ring was back with in just a few days after returning it.

I am very impressed both by the quality of the ring and their extremely helpful and courteous service and would highly recommend them.

I was a little anxious to make such a big purchase online and to a jeweller that I hadn’t used before but I needn’t have worried! From my initial contact all the way through to receiving my purchase the customer service I received from Louis and Pauline was amazing.
My questions were answered promptly and I got the sense that they really wanted me to be happy with my ring and the service provided. Ordering was easy and postage was speedy.

I bought a ring as a present for my 40th birthday including opals and amethysts to represent mine and my daughter’s birthstones. The design and setting is beautiful and the ring is made to a very high standard using beautiful stone. It will be treasured for a lifetime and hopefully beyond.

Many thanks again: your commitment to providing a personal service is a credit to your business.

Second time I buy some silver from these guys and it's just fantastic..the price and quality can't be compared with something else similar..I vote for the guys..thanks..!

Louis was attentive, supportive and patient as I carefully chose my engagement ring. It looks wonderful - she loves it and she said yes!

I was pleasantly surprised at how spectacular the my purchase looked in reality. It was bigger, more sparkly and clearer then depicted.
I truly felt over the moon on how the ring looked on my finger and surpassed my expectations. I will definitely use LBG again.

Friendly communication with Louis. I’m a return customer and I’m just as happy as i was the first time around. The ring is beautiful. I’m so happy with the service as well as the products.

I have purchased several pieces from this company over the years and have been fully satisfied with each and every one. The items are always as described and more attractive than the photos. All the jewelry is shipped quickly and securely packaged. I have also worked with them in the past to design a beautiful custom pendant and found their communication, teamwork and flexibility to be exemplary. I will be buying from LBG again.

I am extremely happy with how smoothly everything went! They accommodated my requests perfectly. Working with them and communicating with them was nice and smooth. They delivered my ring to me EXTREMELY FAST and it is one of the most beautiful rings I have ever seen in my life. This team did such a wonderful job and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!! Perfect customer service and a beautiful perfect product !!

Good service and great product.

I was looking for a silver ring with Tanzanites, but the really “blueberry blue” colored stones seemed always to be in gold. Louis scouted out some really nice deeply colored stones and made me a beautiful ring. In addition to excellent customer service, delivery was very speedy(across the pond to US). So tempting to buy another one of his designs!

Louis was very helpful with answering questions about colour. Ring made and delivered quickly. Great service and lovely ring!

Responded back quickly when inquiring about a special order. Order was received in just 3 days from overseas. Very helpful staff.

I have just received my silver emerald and pearl ring it is beautiful, I knew it would be as my husband bought me a ruby and pearl one for our anniversary and that was beautiful and I have a sapphire and pearl one. The workmanship is perfect the price is fabulous I may think about treating myself again to another one.

I had a special request for certain stones to be used in a snake ring, and I am thrilled with the outcome. Customer Service always responds quickly, and every request I've made has received a positive response. It's also very easy to communicate with them, which is part of the great LBG service.
