LBG Jewellers Anmeldelser

Purchase before and they are very helpful, nothing to much trouble

I have always found LBG Jewellers always polite and helpful and very prompt, the rings l buy are beautiful. The setting is good and strong, not like some other retailers where the gold and silver is easily bent.
I love their jewellery, not only am l going to buy new rings from them but l am going to get some old rings repaired and strengthened.

I imagine I will love the piece of jewelry I bought, and I also want to praise LBG for rather fast shipping and good mail coverage about the progression of the packet on its way to me.

However ~ I understood from LBG’s info that the payment of VAT etc for ones purchase, if it was sent to an EU-country, would be included in the price one was paying in the shop.

But right now, my packet is being withheld by custom’s services in Denmark while they calculate what I have to pay in VAT and other expenses .. so that is really a bummer, when I expected that I had already paid all there was to pay when I bought the piece of jewelry in the webshop.

This company provided good old fashioned customer service, we had a problem with a purchase, we contacted them by phone and the problem was sorted out in a few minutes. we had to return the item which we did and it was rectified and returned to us the next day, excellent service could not be better.

The ring made my finger go green and size easnt correct so I have sent it back today by trscked 24hr signed for.

Loved my aquamarine ring from LBG Jewellers. The size I ordered was slightly too tight and they resized it for me really quickly. Brilliant company, highly recommend.

I wanted the ring in a hurry and it was delivered on time and looks so nice on! I very pleased with the item and the service.

Quick service my ring is absolutely beautiful it's for my 65th birthday

I changed my mind and LBJ accommodated my preferences for an exchange. They even reimbursed the price difference without being asked. The jewellery is clearly good quality and robust. I’m very happy with the jewellery and the service.

The customer service I received from LBG was outstanding, Louis couldn’t have been more helpful - it was a delight dealing with them. My ring is stunning, I am over the moon with it, the quality is great and I felt involved in the process of it being made. I’m so happy I stumbled across this company and was able to purchase this beautiful piece.

I received my ring today and to say it's beautiful is a understatement. Beautiful victorian garnet and white gold eternity ring a 50th birthday present from my fiance. Highly recommend yourselves and will definitely purchase from you again.

Just received my custom birth stone ring from Louis. All expectations were met. Quality, design, communication & turn around time all superior. I recommend LBG to all. You will not be disappointed.

Louis & Pauline went over & above to ensure my requirements were met. I’m looking forward to using LBG in the future.

My experience with this company was really great, the ring I ordered is exquisite. It’s a gold ring with large opal. The design is just fabulous and the holographic type sparkle on the opal is just beautiful. I will definitely use this company again. No stress and fast delivery.

When ordered online on Monday 30 December it said that they would post it out on the first or second week of January. It was actually delivered on Friday 3rd January. My daughter was thrilled to get it so quickly as it was to replace a ring, ordered from Amazon that was too big. This ring was also more pleasing to the eye. Thank you.

The absolute best customer service I've received in many years !! Yes you can actually speak to these people on a device called a phone ! Pauline & Louis went above & beyond to help me out with my ring size ( they so wanted to get it right they put my order on hold & sent 1st class a free ring size kit ) despite all my messing around they still delivered a magnificent piece of jewellery on time !! I personally rang Louis this morning to thank him & all the team at LBG a brilliant family run business 👏 👍

It's a nice surprise for my wife when she comes out of hospital, I am very pleased with my purchase, thank you very much.

Quick service. Beautiful product. Perfect fit. Love my emerald ring.

My purchase was a beautiful Citrene stone ring for the special lady in my life as a christmas gift. The purchase was smooth, simple and delivered quickly. The ring was just a little snug on her finger. It was agreed that i send the ring back for resizing, which i did. It returned only days later, perfect. Thank you to my point of contact Louis, who made this so, so easy. So grateful that i made my purchase with LBG.
Merry Xmas to you and the staff.
