Disgraceful Leovegas treatment
So after joining Leovegas around a week ago and receiving a below par welcome offer on the casino option of 50 free spins (which gave me around £3.50) I then went on to deposit more than £250 without a single offer or bonus or deposit bonus. When I asked on live chat why I haven't received any offers or bonuses after making over £250 of deposits I was logged out and had my account suspended pending a review from the safer gambling team due to certain comments made apparently. Disgusting, disgraceful and disappointing treatment toward a newly signed up customer who has deposited ovrr £250 in around a week of joining. When I went straight back on chat to ask why this has happened I was told the safer gambling team with contact me to discuss my account.
IF I WAS YOU STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS POOR, DISGRACEFUL CASINO LEOVEGAS THIS IT'S OK TO SUSPEND A NEW CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT BECAUSE THEY ARE ASKING WHY THEY HAVEN'T RECEIVED A SINGLE OFFER OR PROMOTION EVEN WHEN THEY HAVE DEP3OVER £250?
