Absolutely shocking company! Deposited big money on several occasions, no issue at all.. However, on my first withdrawal pending they just suspended my account and requested 3 types of documents! I have successfully submitted the requested documents, I have received emails for all 3 being “approved and verified”, still customer support is asking me to wait for them to be approved by the relevant team!! They could have asked for those documents at any time, but of course they only requested it after a big withdrawal. Avoid at all costs, unbelievable to get your account suspended and wait for hours, maybe days for them to then check your documents. They also cancelled my withdrawal until they review my documents, really shocking experience!

Disgraceful company!
I signed up to this site with their welcome offer of depositing £20 and get £20 free to play with. Deposited the £20 and was playing with £40 once they added the bonus. All fine.....till I won. I won £80 and tried to withdraw which it wouldn't let me. I contacted customer support who gave me a run around about the rules of being able to withdraw money played with bonus fund until finally figuring out I had to play with 2X the amount of bonuses. So i played off the £40 and was able to withdraw the £81 left after winnings. To then receive an email the next day saying my account had been suspended. Received an email later that day with a massive long list of documents I needed to send proof of address proof of ID a picture of me holding my ID proof of me depositing money and finally a picture or both my front and back of bank card. Annoyed I sent all this only to say it wasn't sufficient and had to send further documents. ABSOLOUTE DISGRACE OF A COMPANY DOES NOT LIKE ANYONE WINNING!! and when they do have winners they suspended their account and make up a list of rules that will ultimately takes weeks if not months to deal with!! Shut this company down for good
