On April 1st, 2020, I ordered a onesie for my expectant wife, (our baby was born on April 9th). Understanding that Covid-19 was creating difficulty with the shipping process, I was patient and accepting of the delay of 14 days, as advertised. So, that came and went,
Then, the first month...
Then, the second...
FINALLY, after 3 MONTHS, and multiple messages to customer service, I asked for a refund. To which they replied, "Upon review, it appears unfortunately, your order was shipped to the wrong address. We will process your refund."

THREE MONTHS and SENT TO A DIFFERENT STATE!?!? Unacceptable...

Even if the Onesie would have shown up, after 3 MONTHS, my son would have grown out of it already.

Will not order from them again. Do not recommend.

I would not recommend purchasing any items from this company. My daughter-in-law's baby shower was on June 27. On June 9 I purchased an item, expecting it to arrive in time. On June 15 I got an email saying the item has shipped, and received a USPS tracking number, which showed no matching record on the USPS tracking website. On June 22 I emailed the company to inquire about my order. I received a reply saying that shipping takes 2 to 7 days, plus another 20 days, plus extra time for COVID delays. The USPS tracking showed arriving in San Francisco on June 30, and expected delivery on July 3. Today is July 8 and the package was delivered by USPS. I am in Sacramento, about 90 minutes away from San Francisco. The package arrived in a plastic bag with a return address from GUANGDONG, CHINA!!!!! There was no packing list or any indication of Lenny Lemons as the consignor. I feel this company falsely represents their products as originating in the USA. If you are shipping from China, please list it on your website so people can make a decision as far as where they want to spend their money, and how soon to expect their purchase. The company never indicated in their emails to me that the package was shipped from an international origin. Caveat Emptor.

The items on their Instagram are so cute so I decided to order my friend’s daughter an outfit and sunglasses for her birthday. It took FOREVER to arrive (almost a month past her birthday) and that tracking was definitely not accurate. I understand there are delays due to COVID but this was ridiculous. The company says they are based in Hawaii so I assumed the items would be shipped from there (even if they were made in China - like everything else) but rather they were being shipped directly from China which was not advertised at the time of purchase. The items finally came today. They were cheaply made and had no tag whatsoever for size or brand which was really weird. They also smelled terrible. I’m almost embarrassed to give my friend this gift for her child. Definitely will NEVER order from here again and advise everyone else to save yourself the trouble and don’t bother.

Please please please DO NOT purchase anything from this company. I ordered 3 outfits for my daughter’s first birthday 2 MONTHS ago!!! I am tired of the back and forth emails of promising me they are going to help!! I want a full refund and today they tell me they will send replacement outfits at no charge to me. I email back letting them know I want a refund not a replacement and guess what their mail box is full 😡😡😡 What awful people and what an awful company!!! Wish I would have read reviews of this company first!!!

This company is fraudulent, they don’t respond to emails. They will tell you to e mail them and when you do it says unable to deliver message because it’s over quota. I ordered back in April and only received 1 of the 5 items ordered. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Do not order from here! The pictures look so cute but you will wait two months and then be very disappointed! These are extremely cheaply made clothes! Not one item I bought was usable! This is clothes you would expect from wish for .75 cents. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I have already contacted the company and I was informed that they refuse to send a return label, I may pay for the return myself. Conveniently, they only accept returns for 14 days. BUT it's now been over Two months and I still don't have all the pieces so I would have to ship each piece as it comes at my own cost. Completely ridiculous!

I ordered 2 items from this company on June 7 and have yet to receive either one!! There is no updated tracking information since June 16 when my items supposedly left China!! I will never order from this company again!

40% off of items you will NEVER receive! This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Placed my order on May 7 and was charged for it and have yet to receive a SINGLE item! No communication until I found out today one of the items has now been cancelled and another lost on the boat from China where all of their products are made and shipped from after you order them! 🤬

Update: I received a credit for merchandise that I was cancelled or lost (if I had not brought this to their attention I never would have received this), but this company had my $ for 6 weeks. Additionally, they indicated I received 2 items that they refuse to refund. I have only received the sweatshirt that is yellow and brown, not black and entirely too short for size 80. It also appears to be VERY poor quality. Additionally, I did not receive the tights.

Absolutely terrible experience with this company! I’ve ordered a set of baby socks, 2 baby rompers, head band and sandals for my daughter’s 1st birthday on April 25th. The company replied that I will receive my package within 30 days. I have just received the package YESTERDAY, plus the head band and one romper is missing! I have sent an email back requesting a refund for this item because my baby can NO LONGER FIT INTO THIS OUTFIT, plus that was meant to be worn for her birthday, which didn’t happen. No one replied to my email yet! Do not order from this company if you want a piece of mind.

Same as everyone else - ordered an item, never even shipped. Looking forward to their reply where they say absolutely nothing!

TERRIBLE COMPANY!! After weeks of going back and forth with "customer service" about a refund for my items I never received (and them saying they'd been shipped - out of their hands), I finally reported this purchase as fraud to my bank. I suggest everyone do the same. I feel like they misrepresented themselves as a US-based company, but items ship from China, and only AFTER you place and order and pay. I ordered on 5/19 - still nothing. Can I give it -5 stars? If so, I would.

Update: 7/6/20 - I still have not received my items. The company has emailed me several times to let me know the items must have gotten “lost” in transit. They refuse to give me a refund because of my dispute claim through my credit card. I asked for a refund first, then I would back off on the dispute, but they said no. So, even though my card has refunded me already, I will keep up with negative reviews and telling everyone this company is fraudulent, shady and terrible.

I cant even give them 1 star! I ordered in feb( and I understand we are dealing with Covid) but I have still not received 2 of the 4 items I have purchased! I ordered 6 month sizes for my grandson and he is now in 9 month clothing! Please do not purchase from them! It is a huge waste of money!!!!!

I saw some ads on Instagram for some super cute baby clothes and I bought some really cute stuff - I’m now going on my second month since I ordered and I haven’t received a thing! I contacted the company and they responded with an automated response on how to track my package. Then I get a shipping update... they shipped it to an address on the East Coast (I live in California). I contacted them again, they said they filed a claim with the post office. And to wait a few days. I waited a week and contacted them again. They are now ignoring my messages! I wrote a few negative comments on Instagram. They deleted my comments! I’m out $90 and going through a dispute process with the credit card company. I hope this message and my experience could save you from having to go through this - Cuz this company is a scam. Beware!

Like others, I wish I could leave 0 stars. It took months to get my purchase. Customer service is terrible. I received two of the wrong items. No tracking information except when it first ships. Then to find out it ships from China. The quality of the clothes is not worth the prices listed. I will never order from them again.

Would give 0 stars if I could. It’s been almost 2 months since I ordered an item needed by a certain date. I thought months was plenty of time.. it’s said it’s in transit for almost 2 months now. When I looked at USPS it says that it’s preparing to go to a USPS facility. I don’t even think the order is made yet. Do not purchase here.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I wish it was possible to give no stars. Absolutely terrible, my experience was the same as several others. After not hearing of my order being processed/shipped for almost 2 weeks I contacted customer service. I first sent an email which I received no response, called and left a msg which I received no response, called again and finally was able to speak to someone. I requested to cancel my order and was told it was shipped and can only get a refund after I receive the items and pay to ship them back. When I finally did receive the items, they were not as picture and neither was the correct color I ordered. Will be fighting for a refund. This company should be shut down. Location on the website say Hawaii but everything ships from China

The clothes are cheap and terribly sewn together. Don’t waste your time or money. The company makes itself look like a cute little boutique when really they sell over priced items from china.

I ordered items and kept getting delayed emails due to the pandemic, which I understood it first. I asked them to please cancel the items and they had not shipped yet. I got no response. Amazingly the next day they claimed they shipped it. It never got delivered and now the status says return to sender. Their email address is now not accepting emails. I want my refund and I will go to any link to get it it was over $100 and I had to buy baby gifts somewhere else since the shower has come and gone in February ridiculous do not buy from them. Their automatic responses on this site are ridiculous as well they answer everyone's poor reviews with the same crap and do nothing to fix it.

THAT Is a stock response from this vendor. I see the same one on everyone's answers. It has nothing to do with what I said. I want my refund this isn't about still waiting for an order. Ridiculous, terrible company!

I was supposed to receive my item 2 wks ago for a baby shower and never got it. I emailed them and haven't heard anything from them. I'm hoping my money isn't wasted for my friend's gift.
