I have been shopping at Lenny Lemons for a few years now. Their clothes are very good quality and the prices are perfect for your pocket!

It took 3.5 weeks for me to receive what I ordered- and when I did finally receive them, the material is starchy and cheap, the clothes smell like dog urine, and look like they are from China and cost about 10 cents to make. Definitely do NOT buy from then.

Really wanted to love these items but the material felt rather cheap. Items shipped from China so they took a while. Took a month and a half to receive my order and babies grow fast, so my son is rather snug in the items and won’t get much use out of them. When emailing customer service, I explained my frustration and they wanted me to take pictures of the items plus my son wearing the items, get out a ruler and measure all parts of the items such as sleeve, waist, shoulder, and so forth. 1. Who has time to do all of that with a 6 month old. 2. I don’t own a ruler. They do have a FAQS page and it is noted that delivery is taking awhile due to Covid, but do you always navigate to the FAQS page before you place an order? It should be highlighted on the check out page. Won’t order from them again.

Excellent customer service! I was informed one item I picked out was out of stock and they told me I could pick something else out around the same price. I told them what I’d like instead (it was a couple dollars more) and without any hesitation, they replaced it with the new item. They also kept me posted with tracking and shipment updates throughout. The quality of the clothes was good and the outfits are adorable!

Great customer service! Shipping was a little longer than I expected. I think that if I had gotten an estimated date for delivery, it would have been alright but I had no idea when it would arrive. When it did arrive, it was a very soft and cute outfit! I would buy again!

Placed an order for a childs birthday. Had no idea it was coming from China. Missed the birthday .

Please don’t not order from this company. They told me it will take almost 2 months to get my items. I ordered 3 weeks ago D it still hasn’t shipped yet it will be winter before her summer items arrive

Dress looks cheap and took extremely long to arrive. It should be listed at check out that items could take 20 days to arrive. Not happy.

I was a little hesitant to order from this site based on all the bad reviews however, I had no issues! I placed my order on August 15th and just received the last of my items yesterday on September 14th. I ordered 4 items and I received 2 separate shipments within about a week apart. Yes these items are shipped from China but the quality was decent for how cheap the items were! I was very happy with my order!

***9/19 Follow up*** I'm still waiting for my order that was placed a month ago. In response Lenny Lemons' response to me, I have contacted their customer support several times, both before and after my Trust Pilot review. I receive nothing but boiler plate responses and tacky "God Bless!" wishes every time I contact the company. Lenny Lemons, please stop saying you understand where your customers are coming from when you offer no solution to your customers. Instead of listening to these complaints and changing for the better, Lenny Lemons keeps referring these customers to their fine print FAQ section to justify their misleading business practices. There are expected standards with shipping & handling and online shopping. Not to mention, you sell baby clothes! Babies grow very quickly. If your orders take 2-3 months to arrive, this should be communicated loud and clear, just like every other selling platform (Etsy DIY sellers, Amazon, Nordstrom, etc., shipping/delivery times are always estimated right with your order at checkout). By the time my niece gets her items, they won't even fit her, yet you have refused to cancel my order and issue me a refund. Why can't Lenny Lemons be more upfront about their rigid cancelation policy and their unusually slow shipping and handling times? Why do they choose to keep this buried in their lengthy FAQ section? And please, spare me the "God Bless" response to this follow up. How about cancel my order and give me a refund instead. And put your painfully slow shipping and handling right where customers can see it at checkout.

I wish I would’ve researched this store before purchasing anything. I placed my order 9 days ago and they just emailed me today to tell me that 1) one of my items is out of stock and 2) the other two items just shipped but will take 20 business days to be delivered...! I bought these items as a gift for a special occasion, an occasion that will be long over 20 business days from now (20 business days is 4 weeks, plus you have to add the 9 day handling delay after my order was placed). I asked them to please cancel my order and they said they only cancel orders within 12 hours of when the order was placed.

Same as the other 1 star reviews. Only reason they get 1 Star is because they have good taste in kids clothes. They do a ton of advertising on IG so I assumed they were a vetted company but they’re not. I ordered 2 weeks ago outfits for a covid family reunion and they still are not here. Cute stuff but google items to see if you can find at another store.

Wow I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered. DO NOT order from this company. I ordered a bunch of outfits almost a month ago and the items haven’t even shipped. I haven’t got any info on my order, the only thing they have done is take my money. Lesson learned.

I would give ZERO stars if it was possible. This company is actually shipping from China and orders take more than a month with still no fulfillment. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!! If you have ordered call your credit card company and dispute the charge.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Shipping was so slow! Took about 1.5 months to get the order, and the quality was poor when received. Even worse, the sizes sent were not the sizes ordered! Customer service asked for pictures, so I send a picture of the tag clearly showing a size 70 which is not 0-3 months line ordered (totally wrong season for Houston). They email me back asking me to take measurements and show the measurements in the pictures to prove it is wrong. What!?! Are the sizes on tags incorrect?! Avoid lots of headaches and do not order from this company!! It’s cheap junk from some foreign company.

Terribly slow shipping. Just as mentioned by everyone else, there is no "transparency" on their part letting you know your item will be shipped from China! I ordered an outfit for my grandson on July 5 and have yet to receive it. Their tracking link might as well not even be there... consistently tells me my order doesn't exist. Then I find a different tracking link in my spam folder that tells me it is sitting in China. I see today, August 1st, it finally hit stateside in CA. It will be winter before this summer outfit gets to him, and according to the reviews, will probably fall apart after one wear anyway. Will never order from here again.

I cancelled my order within two hours, and it said their inbox was full. Then two weeks later they send me an email saying they have processed my order and will be delayed but they have no idea. And surprise, another “inbox is full” email. And no working number.

SHAM COMPANY; RUN!

Update: Their response below is BS, as every time I email them, it bounces back that their inbox is full. I am still being charged for something I don’t want.

Ordered on June 19, 2020 still have yet to receive a single thing. When tracking packages, package 2 of 5 was delivered to my front door in Anasco, Puerto Rico, I live in New York!!!!!!!!!!!!! A complete joke! It seems now most of the items have been shipped to who knows where (lost) and only one item out of 5 theyre asking me to wait till middle of August for it to arrive! I wish I read reviews before I ordered! NEVER AGAIN!

Don’t order from this company! I ordered things for our daughter back in FEBRUARY and just received items yesterday after I already filed a fraud claim with our bank. This company is a joke and the quality is HORRIBLE. Also, I have items that STILL haven’t shipped 5 months later - never again!’n

They are TERRIBLE!! Do not order from here. My items arrived incredibly late. They would FINALLY respond to emails after three day or so, and then when they were refusing to help they stopped responding at all. They refused to issue me a refund and pay for a return shipping label. The items arrived over a month past the promised date and they refused to help. Items come from China and are cheap. DO NOT ORDER!!! This is by far the most terrible customer service I have ever received. They will say "I am willing to help in anyway, I will wait for your response." Then...you will respond and then a new person will email you and keep beating around the bush and try to start the same conversation all over again. I am disgusted with this customer service. I am a easy going person who can understand problems and go with the flow, but this treatment is awful. Shame on you Lenny Lemons.
