Items shipped quick but shipping seemed to take awhile. Their customer service is amazing. One of my items was delivered to the wrong address and they immediately sent a replacement and kept me up to date via email with tracking. Super cute clothes and good quality.

I have been waiting for over two months for an order. I’ve gotten the same malarkey emails. In transit. Covid delay. Normally 7 business days. THE WORST. AND SINCE NO PHONE NUMBER TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE APPEARS TO BE AVAILABLE I GUESS IM OUT 200 bucks The worst.

Update. It took a bit. They did give me a refund which I would have gotten anyway through my credit card But I still say use caution unless you order a size 3 months larger than you need.

I placed and paid for an order with Lenny Lemons on September 7, 2020. I still have not received my order. I contacted the company at least twice now and they say, "Our standard shipping takes 2-7 business days for processing plus another 20 business days (US Orders) and 30 business days (International Orders) for delivery but generally arrive faster. However, due to COVID-19, we are experiencing an additional 1-2 weeks delay but rest assured you will still receive your order and we will continue to monitor your order to ensure delivery. Your package has been forwarded to the courier already and please know that status update happens from post to post which is why tracking does not update in real-time but rest assured your order is on its way. With that said, please allow a few more days for status to appear or update."
If I added up all of the shipping days that they mentioned in their response, I should have had my order by this past Sunday October 18th. When I check the shipping details of my order, it is still in Kunming EMS, China. It has not moved from that location since September 19, 2020. When emailed, the customer service representative will just respond with the same old copied and pasted response that they are sending to everyone. All I want from them is to cancel my order and be refunded my money, considering that by the time I actually receive my items they will no longer fit my daughter anyway. When I asked them if they can cancel my order and refund my money they tell me they cannot cancel it because it has already shipped. However, when I receive the items I can send it back & when they receive the items they will refund my money." I think they tell this to people because they think people will already be discouraged to send the items back to them because it will take them just as long, if not longer, to receive the returned items as it did to actually receive them. Therefore, people will not receive their refund for upwards of one year. Unfortunately, it would be easier for the customers to try to sell these items on their own & hopefully get their money back than for them to ship them back to China, in hopes to get any refund at all. My "shipped" package has not moved for 35 DAYS!!!! PLEASE go get the package (I'm confident it will still be there when you arrive at the shipping facility), hang it back up in your warehouse, and REFUND MY MONEY!!!!

I ordered several pieces and was disappointed. These are way over priced for the quality. All of the sweats i ordered are a thin, stretchy cheap feeling material. Not the soft cotton sweatshirt I expected. The clothing has cheap/fake looking tags as well. Definitely not what you would expect from a high end boutique. I will not reorder from this company.

I was not aware the order would take as long as it did. Jessie in customer service was great and very helpful.

The outfits are adorable and affordable and seems like very good quality. The shipment did take some time but the company kept me informed and I understand due to Covid, much has been affected. I would purchase again!!

Buyer beware! If I could find their google review page, I'd leave it there too. They do not ship product in timely manner - COVID or NOT. Too bad because the items on their site are so cute, but by the time you get them, it won't fit your child!

Great products, just like the pictures. They did run out of the one I ordered but customer service was very friendly and helpful and got a replacement order out in no time!

I’ve order 3 outfits for my baby niece in late August and so far I’ve only received 1 out of three. My niece’s birthday was in September 19, so she didn’t get her gift that I originally planned for her. I’m still waiting on the the other 2 outfits. It’s about be mid October. It’s kind of disappointing. The outfit is cute but not worth waiting 2 or more months for it.

Items are as pictured! Shipping takes 2-3 weeks usually, but worth it for the money saved!

Loved the quality of the items I’ve received so far. I wish shipping was a little quicker but I would order again!

The quality of items was really great and my kids look so adorable in the outfits. Material was soft and comfortable for my kids and sizing was very accurate.

Ordered 8/31 - today is 10/9.. still no product. Tracking shows Pre-shipping. Very sad as the clothes look so cute. Oh well, i'm sure there are other places to get cute stuff for your kids. Should have believed the prior reviews but felt I needed to give them a chance. I did and am not happy!

Will never buy from this company again. After at least a month of waiting I was emailed that it was out of stock and I still am waiting on the replacement item. The wait is ridiculous. It’s been months.

We love the best friends jackets we bought for our girls! They are adorable and fit perfectly!

I have waited for over a month for my delivery. I keep getting the run around that delivery is taking longer due to Covid. So, according to their customer service, I will receive the items I ordered on September 5 around October 17. They won’t help expedite.

There are a few issues I have with the product and company. 1: the delivery time is insane, the product comes from China so it will take over a month to be delivered. 2: some of the product looks really cheap and has some loose threads right out of the plastic 3: if something is pictured with a bow, it comes with a piece of fabric you have to tie yourself 4: there are no sizes printed inside the clothes so you need to make sure you organize them in your closet right away. Some of the clothes seem better quality than others and overall they are cute but I wouldn’t order again because you don’t know what you are going to get in terms of quality and delivery time.

Delivery took 5 weeks! Terrible

Cute concept, however they are made and shipped from China with no sizing on outfits, fabric is decent but nothing to write home about. Items took about a month to arrive - Would not order from again.
