Cute Clothes!
Love the clothes! They are cute, exactly as depicted on the website, and seem like good quality. I can’t wait for my little girl to wear the outfits I purchased next year. The only reason I deducted a star is because it took over a month for them to be delivered, which was pretty frustrating, but I do appreciate the fact that customer service acknowledged this and reached out to me assuring me that my order was on its way. This was my first time ordering from the company, so I’m giving them the benefit of a doubt that this is not typical for them, so hopefully if I decide to order again in the future, I’ll receive my order in a more timely manner.

Super slow shipping
The clothes are very cute. Unfortunately, they took so long to arrive that they are too small for our baby. I even ordered one size up when placing the order.

Do NOT purchase anything from Lenny Lemons. We ordered an outfit for our daughter over a month before family photos and it’s been 2 months now and it still hasn’t arrived. By the time it gets to us, if it ever does, it’s not going to fit her. Customer service said they won’t give me a refund.

Very cute clothes!
I love the outfits that I purchased. I did have an issue with an item being out of stock but the company emailed me and helped me find a new item to replace it. They were super personable and the clothes are cute. One item was a little small on my son, so I would say if you are uncertain on sizing or if your baby is between sizes, always go up!

Very verrrrrry slow shipping
Very verrrrrry slow shipping, no where did the site say that is was coming from over seas. Once I did receive my order over a month later, I washed it and it shrunk dramatically. I’m not even sure my daughter can fit the dress. Would never purchase again, such a waste of time and money.

Don’t Waste your money
Totally misled. Took weeks to arrive and all the packages came from China. It’s not manufactured in the USA at all. Also the size tags were in another metric so don’t give as a gift. Wasted my money!

List of pros & cons for you
This website has super cute, trendy clothes at a good price. However, it comes straight from China & therefore takes forever to get here. I waited over a month for only 2/3 my order. Now at a month in a half, I still have yet to receive the rest. Also the sizing of one item was way too small & since it took a month to get here, I don’t even have the energy to mess with exchanging it.

Shipping delays, but responsive team
I ordered my daughter's outfit on September 4th. Today is November 5th and it still has not shipped to me. A very nice person reached out to me today to give me an update on my order and asked if I would prefer a refund instead. I am very appreciative of their friendly and helpful customer service.

I thought the clothes I had bought were…
I thought the clothes I had bought were going to be that of a thicker material. These are really thin, but overall I think the quality is decent! We'll see how they hold up through several washes. The string on the pants of one of the outfits became frayed in the 1st wash so I just unstitched it. Might put a new string on later.

I should have read the reviews
I should have read the reviews. Still waiting on an order that was placed over a month ago. I have emailed them a few times and they keep sending me the same tracking information. Not helpful at all. I've noticed in the responses to the negative reviews they keep saying to email them and they will make it right. I've emailed them a few times and they keep saying that it is out of their hands. Still waiting......
I ordered an outfit September 16, and still have not received it yet. September 26 I received an email telling me that it has shipped......still no outfit. On October 7, I reached out looking for the package and got a reply "your order has been shipped already and our shipping usually takes 2-7 business days for processing and will be delivered within 20 business days but generally arrive faster". Received another email October 8 telling me my package is on the way to its destination. Then today, October 30, I got an email that due to COVID, my package is STILL in transit. I wish I would have checked out the reviews before purchasing. I'm afraid the child will have outgrown the outfit if it ever arrives. Very frustrating.

Over a month and still waiting on items to arrive. Cheap quality!!!!!
I ordered three items 35 days ago and have only received one item. I emailed their team and was told that it could take 20 days for items to get to me! They gave me a tracking number to USPS that doesn’t work. The one shirt I got was so thin and the letters were ironed on. My dryer melted the lettering the first time I washed it. My dryer settings were on delicate as that’s what I use for all of my laundry. I am so disappointed. I would never order from this company again.
