Ordered 3 items on 12/2/2020. I wanted to check up on my order so I emailed customer service 12/20/20 and they said one item is on its way but unfortunately they're out of stock of 2 of the items. So if I didn't even email to check up on it, whenever the one item comes, I would have noticed THEN that my other 2 items were out of stock. I contacted customer service again today and they could only give me a refund on the 2 items and said they can't give me a full refund because the one item already shipped. I don't want the 1 item. I don't want to support a business who doesn't take accountability and just throws their hands up in the air saying "oh well!" Seems like everyone has been having these issues and this company needs to be shut down.

Don't Buy
The items themselves are super smaller than what is advertised. I should have known the items come from China who tends to make clothing smaller than the USA, but there should be a notice/warning on the website to let you know that. The quality of the clothing is sub-par and extremely overpriced for what you get. Delivery took over one month and one of my items never even made it to me. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because customer service was pleasant.

I don’t even want to give 1 star it’s THAT BAD!! I never wrote bad reviews but this is the worst of the worst . Don’t be fooled by the advertising and “cute “ clothes . It’s cheap crap that is shipped directly from China . That is why it took an entire month for me to get my daughters clothes ( which no longer fit) of course bc babies grow fast they should not be selling baby clothing if they cannot get their stupid cheap crap to you within a decent time frame . Don’t order from this company.

Awful online “store.” I have never left…
Awful online “store.” I have never left a bad review of anything in my life. They take over a month to ship, their customer service is not helpful, and I’m fully prepared for the clothes to be bad quality seeing as the site doesn’t seem legit. They constantly delete bad reviews/comments on social media so that no one is aware of what will actually happen when you order from them.

I ordered an outfit for my daughter for family photos on October 20. On 11/2 I received a notification email that it had shipped. Wonderful! I was excited. It is now 12/3 and I have yet to receive my item.
On 11/16 I sent an email as my tracking number with USPS noted that it was still "Pre-shipment" and USPS is awaiting the item from Lenny Lemons. I know USPS has been running slow so I waited 14 days to be patient. I was told the package has already been forwarded to the courier and that there is a 1-2 week delay due to Covid.
I sent another email on 12/2 because USPS still shows they have not received the item. The repsonse I received this time said that my "order has been forwarded to the courier already. However, due to the pandemic outbreak, some restrictions have been imposed for cargo shipping especially on processing clearance for customs. For everyone's safety, the parcels will undergo various inspections and disinfection which will delay the logistics. We don't have any influence on the process but it should be released shortly and then arrive within the next week or so."
So based on the Lenny Lemons FAQ on their website it sounds like they ship from USA, after receiving products from Asia. So why has my item not cleared customs? It shouldn't have had to go through customs if it's indeed shipped from the United States. And if it hasn't cleared customs to get to them in order for it to be shipped, then why did I receive a shipping notification a month ago.
I will be filing a notice with my financial institution.

Never again.
Purchased two onesies for my son A month later they email me saying there was an error and my order was cancelled but they would give me 30% off if I repurchased. I said no, please refund me the full refund. Then they write back offering another 10% off if I repurchase. Again, I asked for a full refund. I will be shocked if I ever see my money. Just thankful it was two onesies and nothing too expensive. It’s clear I now have to research every purchase now.

Still waiting, don't blame the post office.
I placed an order in October and am still waiting on delivery. I'm told they are at the post office waiting to be sent, for over a month. Really? My grandsons will have outgrown them before the clothes arrive. I have ordered from other places and they seem to not have trouble getting merchandise delivered in a timely manner. Very disappointed.

Items received were not as pictured. Sizing was smaller than expected. Shipment took 6 weeks to get to me. Products received were average quality hence the 3 stars. Would not order from company again

If I could give negative 1,000 stars I would. I ordered my items in mid September and I am JUST now receiving them and they are HORRIBLE. Looks NOTHING like the picture. The clothing are cheap and thin and literally comes to your house straight from China it even has the wholesale price on your packaging showing you they paid $1.60 for this item and $1.41 for this item. HORRIBLE they are a scam!!!! Do NOT order anything from this company I will be disputing the charge on Monday morning I spent SO MUCH MONEY on clothing from them for my four year old daughter NEVER again. I was FURIOUS when I saw what I had been waiting TWO months to receive. A bunch of BS!!!! I wish I could attach pictures!

If there were zero stars
If there were zero stars, that would be my rating. I ordered an outfit in the beginning of September and just received it a few days ago in mid November. I knew there might be delays because of covid, but 2 months is excessive. Having received the item, I’m going to return. It’s very cheap material; no size tags, scratchy fabric. Do not buy anything from this company!!!!!

Months of back and forth for crappy clothes
First order was placed back in February by my sister... A gift card and some outfits. Outfits were shipped in separate packages from China and took forever to arrive. Gift card never came. My sister finally was able to get them to issue a new gift card. I used the gift card and clothes took over a month to arrive... From China (return address literally in Chinese). Quality of clothes is poor... Sizes arent even on tags so I'm having to go through and label them so I know when I can use them. For the price of these clothes... You'd expect better quality and better service... Maybe don't have them ship directly from China in a generic plastic bag. Will never order from again, gift card or not.

Good customer service
I ordered the Elsie dress for my daughter at the end of Sept. Due to the pandemic shipping took a long time but it eventually came. I had reached out to customer service on the delay and they responded right away.The dress is nice quality and very cute... but they sent the wrong size. I reached back out to customer service and right away they processed me another one. I'm giving the company the benefit of the doubt and hoping this is all due to what is going on in the world and hope for a better experience next time. Above all else though their customer service has been good!
