I wrote one review on here and got a response from Lenny Lemons, asked to reach out to customer service... which I clearly have already done. Please people, I bet of you... Don't order from here.

I would not recommend. It took forever to get my item and I was really excited about it. When I finally received the set i found it to be extremely poor quality and the cheetah print did not match. No return instructions and no one responds to emails. Do not buy.

Horrible! If you read this do not buy from this online store. I ordered a bumble romper for my baby due in July and probably will never get my product. Stay far away! It’s sad that these folks can get away with this ridiculousness.

If I could put zero stars, I would. Have not received 2 out of 3 items from an order. It has been 61 days. The tracking number gives no information and the company has not returned recent emails. I would never order from them again nor recommend anyone order from them. The item I did receive was terrible quality. I filed a BBB complaint. Buyer beware!

Buyer Beware! Cute clothes that you'll pay for and never receive! My only regret is that I didnt check out the reviews before purchasing. I ordered 2 outfits for my granddaughter this past April. It is now into mid June and I still havent received them. She is now going to be too big soon to even fit into them assuming they still come. No response or resolution through phone or email contact. I'm out my money. Lenny Lemons lack of any resolution make them a fraudulent company!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered in April and now it is June and still nothing. They keep telling me the order is coming even though I have asked for a refund. There is no tracking and I have ordered and received many items from other sights during the COVID pandemic. Do not order from them!

Scam all the way... ordered a bunch of stuff for my baby on the way and they charged me but never sent me my items. I tried to contact them with a couple emails on either getting a refund or getting my items and no response. The lady that runs the company will screw you over so DO NOT ORDER FROM LENNY LEMONS. I found the owners Facebook with a phone number. Maybe I can get ahold of someone finally. Extremely angry that someone would have the nerve to scam people.

I ordered two items for my granddaughter. I got an email saying my second and last item shipped but never got an email for the first item. When I tried to chat with customer service they wanted me to pay to sign up for a service so I could chat about where my order is. I doubt I will ever receive my items.

HORRIBLE!! I placed an order THREE months ago and it has not arrived. Their customer service is terrible and unhelpful. I’ve asked for a refund several times and have not received any response. This is a total scam. Wish I had read the reviews before I gave them money!!

I saw some pretty mixed reviews for this site but they were having a great sale, so I ordered a few things, figuring the worst that happens is I'm out 40 dollars. I did eventually get all the things I ordered but it took a very long time (I ordered the first week in march, and the first item didn't get here until a month later. All of the things came from china in separate packages and the last ones didn't get here until mid-may, so by the time I got them, my daughter was too big for them, so I just ended up giving them to my little niece instead.

All in all I'm happy with the quality of the stuff I got and it was all very cute, it just took forever to get here. I know we're in the middle of a pandemic so a lot of shipping is backed up, but some stuff took two full months to arrive, so I would recommend ordering a size larger than you actually need so your baby still fits it when it arrives.

Ordered 5 things. Never got two of them. Two of the items that did come in were in the wrong color. Everything is very poorly made and the sizes aren’t right. I will email the company about the items that never came and about getting the wrong colors but I’m not hopeful about getting a refund... Such a waste of money.

If I could give Lenny Lemons zero stars I would . I ordered some children’s and adults masks from them at the beginning of April. Shortly after their
“ website went down “ and you couldn’t track it. I contact them , they apologize, still can’t track it. Out of nowhere I get an email saying my item was delivered . No items I wait and wait. Still no items. I contact them several times . They get back to me a significant time later that they had checked with their warehouse and they are sorry the items never shipped . Oh and get this to be patient ( it is 6 weeks later and about 20 emails now) and I would receive a tracking number in a separate email. 2 weeks pass no tracking number . I send 5 emails requesting the tracking number ( now 2.5 weeks later) and get an email from another rep giving me the original tracking number . She didn’t even bother to read the thread !!!! This is now two months later. An ethical company would give you the money back and the product and profuse apologies. Instead I get none of that and told to be patient. Do.NoT. Buy anything from this company .

***** do not believe the response they have put to this review as if they care. I have emailed them no less than 30 times spending hours upon hours trying to get a resolution. They have all of my information and tell me to email them again????!!! Sometimes emailing for two weeks before I get a response. Do not buy from this company

All products appear to be made in China and come with Chinese logos/tags on the items. What is the point of even having a brand name? Also, took two months for the items to arrive (all separately) and at one point customer service was completely down and tracking information was vague or unobtainable. Granted, this is during a pandemic. But all around, horrible experience, and by the time clothing arrived, they no longer fit my baby.

I'm only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I did receive *some* of the items from my order.

At the end of April, I received an email from LL about packs of masks for adults and kids. At that time, masks were out of stock just about everywhere and I hadn't been able to find anything kid friendly, so I jumped at the opportunity. I ordered a pack of adult masks and a pack of kid masks, but I was just shy of the amount I needed for free shipping. I found a cute bathing suit for my daughter and added that to my order. In the order notes, it said to expect some shipping delays- the adult masks would be shipped from China, but the kid masks and bathing suit would be coming from Utah. No problem, I didn't really need anything right away.

It took a little less than 2 weeks to get the adult masks, and the kid's masks showed up a few days later. The email I received about the kid's masks being delivered said something like, "Hooray! The last part of your order has arrived!" I didn't think much of it, but after another week, I still didn't have the bathing suit, so I logged in to check. The bathing suit was listed as "in transit" but the USPS website said it was "pre-shipment." I emailed the company on May 19th and they responded on May 20th saying my item had been handed over for shipping and that I should give it 20 days before I became concerned. I said I would wait. It's been a month since I placed my order and 20 days since the swimsuit was "handed over for shipping." I understand shipping delays, but it doesn't take 20 days from the time you print a label to have USPS pick up the package. They will pick up pre-paid packages for free.

I emailed to check on the status and didn't receive a response this time, so I have requested my money back. In the meantime, I found out that many of LL's items are from a cheap Chinese manufacturer who they just buy in bulk from and re-sell for a much higher price (like $5 vs. $30.) Sure, it's business, but they market things as if they're this little boutique and making them themselves. Disappointing.

UPDATE 6/12:
I removed a star because I have asked for a refund THREE times (saying I will gladly return the item if it ever does arrive) and each time, they have "nicely" refused by asking me to just be patient. I've been BEYOND patient. We don't even need the item any longer. When someone asks for a refund on an item that has clearly never shipped... and it has been more than a month... give them a damn refund! Especially when they offer to return the merchandise if it actually does arrive some day.

Absolutely terrible company, irresponsible, careless, and as far as I know, A SCAM. I purchased around 6 baby clothes for my upcoming baby and TWO MONTHS AFTER I haven't received a thing. I contacted them through email and they never replied to me, until I literally posted a comment on an Instagram post of theirs, and well, they decided to reply through private message. They said that they were sorry and that the package didn't reach their destination. THEY DIDN'T EVEN INFORM ME about this, not even to offer a refund. Nothing. Just like that, that's how careless they are to their customers. I returned the message saying to refund all my money back, and to send me a confirmation email because it was the LEAST proper thing they should do. So they sent me a refund email. If I wouldn't have contacted them several times and be on top of this, they would have stayed with MY MONEY without me receiving my stuff. More than TWO MONTHS of wait. TWO. Absolutely horrible company, don't purchase anything from them.

I am confused how there is a negative review for this company almost every single day, that's super weird? I have ordered from Lenny Lemons a few times and have not had an issue except for this last order which seems to be taking longer but that's to be expected, we're in the middle of a damn pandemic and the clothes are coming from China lol. Every company almost is very backed up due to COVID-19, I don't even get my items from a huge company like Amazon for 8+ days sometimes when I used to get them in 2 or overnight, so coming from a small company like Lenny Lemons I guess I am willing to be more understanding. They have also answered my emails no problem, maybe check your junk folders? It does say on their website though it can take up to 7 days to process an order and 30 more days to receive your items, although I see some people have said they waited longer than that. I can't speak for anyone else only my own experience and so far I have had a decent experience.

Stay away from this site! Have not recieved my order in 3 weeks! They charged my card almost immediately. Can't believe they are still in business.Will not accept emails .

Send all complaints to the BBB Stay away from purchasing items from this company all BAD reviews on the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU (BBB) Let's get this company shut down. My kid is going to grow out of her clothes by the time they get here, if they get here. It's been more than a month already. Remember everyone having no comments on FB & IG is a sign of having bad reviews, they just delete them.

I already left my review, they are horrible...and don't listen to their responses on here saying they would love to help out just email them.....I have emailed at least 10 times with no response, I called the number on their website that said their inbox is full, and I just tried to email them again and it said their email inbox is full. This is 100% a scam!!!
