Danke Lelit für den kompetenten Support
Ich habe mir erst neulich eine neue Siebträger Maschine der Firma Lelit gekauft – über ein externen Verkäufer allerdings. Wir beide - Anita und ich :) - hatten dann Startschwierigkeiten und die Servicemitarbeiterin von Lelit hat mich dann super kompetent, freundlich und schnell beraten, wie ich mein Handling verbessern kann.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden und freue mich über meine neue Espresso Maschine!

Lelit and in particular Enrica Montagnoli, who helped me sort out a couple of teething problems at the beginning, have being excellent. The delivery of my coffee machine was so quick, and I was able to purchase it at a reasonable price. I was really impressed by how efficient the whole process has been. Definitely recommend this company if anyone is considering buying a Lelit coffee machine - I bought the Anita. Once again thanks.

Breville did not care about the…customer situation
Breville did not care about the situation I was in. Surely there should be a better system. Great machine but will not indulge Breville products again.

Assistenza pronta, chiara ed efficiente. Si trattava di chiarire le modalità di registrazione di un elettrodomestico, visto che nel sito la procedura presentava dei "buchi". Le istruzioni prontamente fornite via mail hanno consentito di sopperire alla carenza del sito. Professionali e Puntuali.

I had to use customer service 2 times…
I had to use customer service 2 times within 6 months, both for total machine failures. The customer service was great but the product quality was poor. If i have to use customer service you have already missed the mark. You are an espresso machine and accessory company, not a customer service company. I give Lelit 3 stars overall and only for you customer service department who is working tirelessly to preserve your reputation.
