Quick and satisfying solution

It felt like Lelit looked at content I provided thoroughly and came to a quick assessment and a solution that I was satisfied.
There was no back and forth, no super detailed requests, etc.

My videos clearly showed a problem that an almost new machine shouldn’t have and made the switch.

Great Support

Ms. Enrica and her team went above and beyond to make sure my problem was solved. I had an issue that was preventing me from using my beloved Lelit Bianca. Ms. Enrica quickly guided me through the necessary steps and kept the conversation going until my problem was entirely solved. I thank them for the support they provided.

Better service for Canada.

I think the service I got could have been much better. My Mara X V2 was having some issues. The place I bought it from in Toronto wouldn’t fix it (we live far away and they wouldn’t let us ship it back in the original box). I think Lelit shouldn’t let people sell their machines if they won’t support them.

I contacted Lelit. It took a while to get a reply. When I got a reply I sent in a video and the serial number and proof of purchase. I was simply told to contact another store in Montréal and provide them with all the information again. Lelit could have forwarded the information to the store since they were already replying to me it wouldn’t have actually taken more time to cc someone. This just put more work on me rather than being helpful.

Ultimately, I found a store in Calgary that helped me, sold me the parts I needed (upper thermostat failed but I replaced the anti vaccum valve and the 3 bar pressure relief as well, which could have been conveyed by Lelit easily). I also descaled the unit which, again, could have been easy to convey.

The unit is not even two years old. It didn’t need a lot of work. But it certainly didn’t make me feel supported with a run around rather than actual help and support.

Lelit didn't leave me hanging. I feel like I chose well.

The whole process of requesting support
has a frustrating delay period built into it and it feels disconnected, like talking to yourself, adding details to a support ticket only to wait a couple days for an email response, but at no point did I feel like I was left hanging, nor did you fail to ultimately resolve my issues. Despite shipping-related damage and other issues, I feel like I ended up with a machine that will last for many years. I could have gone with a more expensive machine, but I was looking for PERFORMANCE, and I'm still quite satisfied with my decision to go with Elizabeth.

Terrible support experience

Terrible support experience. Not willing to provide any assistance. Sending me to original dealer ( machine was bought in North America) so they can arrange it to be fixed in Europe. I don’t if this malice or lack of imagination. Dropped 3k euro to be mistreated like that, we will move to another machine given the chance.

Please allow us to clarify that our European service partners are not authorized to work on machines originally produced for markets with different electrical specifications and voltage standards, such as North America. This is the main reason why you were referred back to the original dealer network, which is the correct channel for products built for that market.

We understand that this may feel inconvenient, and we are sorry for the frustration this has caused. The intention was not to leave you without support, but to direct you to the service network equipped to handle your specific machine safely and correctly.
