Multiple people assisting
I opened a ticket on here and via the Italian Lelit and both helped me. I got in contact with the Italian support first then they connected me with the US support.
My issue was resolved before needing to send in my machine thankfully.

I have been using the Lelit Bianca V3…
I have been using the Lelit Bianca V3 for a year now and couldn't be happier. The machine delivers consistently excellent espresso, and I absolutely love experimenting with the flow control to get the best possible shots from different beans. All information was incorrect
All information was incorrect. I bought a product in China and find there is absolutely no support or service center. So my money is taken and I'm abandoned. I will never buy anything from Breville (Sage) again even when I move back to the UK where I would hope there is protection for customers. Worst brand experience ever.

It was not perfect but you were…responsive. I received a response for every issue I reported….much appreciated.
