Overall a good experience, the actual estimation of the goods was easy enough and everything was handled online. Jack was especially helpful, highly recommend getting into contact with him if you need anything! He helped guide us through the entire process and answered all of my questions.

Unfortunately, our goods were picked up later than expected due to a truck break-down then delivered 2 weeks late due to a driver issue. These things happen and we understand but we would have liked to have communication a bit quicker on the issues themselves.

Our goods arrived with zero to no damage so great on that front.

Initially we were very happy with the support and communication we got from the sales team and the documentation team. The team who came to collect our items were very efficient, polite and friendly. Both the sales team as well as the collection team told me that a move from UK (London area) to France, usually goes quite smoothly and we would probably get our belongings in 5-10 working days but that due to the period (pick up was 8 September) it might be up to 21 days. That's when it all went downhill. The operations team hasn't been providing us with any updates or communications. I only got a few replies from them saying "probably next week". Since last week they aren't even replying anymore. It's been 21 working days now, we still don't have our belongings, we don't even now if they are still in the UK, at customs, in France already, etc. and nobody even picks up the phone or gives us any decent updates/information. I work in service delivery myself and this is the most appaling service I've ever seen, especially for a service that wasn't exactly cheap. I will be putting bad reviews everywhere I can think off and I guess I'll just start praying that eventually our belongings turn up... Absolutely shocking and shameful! Do not use this company!

Agree with a previous review. Once the money was paid, all went downhill. AVOID AT ALL COST
Communication is Zero, once they have your stuff, you are at their mercy, and the only communication is that they may answer you and say "We will let you know 48hrs before delivery".
My movers were late arriving and there were 2 guys to pack a 3 bedroom apartment, 4 on the second day. The only reason it was packed by the end of the second day was due to the amount of boxes I packed and this is despite paying for a packed move. The contract says a maximum 21 days, but I was verbally promised 10 to 15 days and made my plans around this. After 15 days my stuff was still in Spain and I was still getting the "Will let you know 48hrs before messages". Eventually, after I contacted the trading standards, they finally delivered after 25 days. Things which they were supposed to assemble they failed to do so, and a desk they assembled does not work as it should.
Multiple things were damaged including expensive cabinets. When I contacted them, they highlighted that the contract said that insurance claims are within 7 days of delivery. Anyone who has moved a family home knows that it takes more than 7 days to unpack and identify all issues.
Complete amateurs, the only reason I gave 1 star is because it was not possible to give zero. I will report this on as many social sites as possible to help other people avoid the slick sales and amateur service of this cowboy outfit.

Great communication from quote to delivery. Minor challenges and unforseen circumstances have been resolved in the very professional manner. As a result - smooth operation! Highly recommend!

Everything delivered in great condition by very pleasant & hard working drivers. There was a long delay due to shortage of drivers but apart from the delay, everything worked well.

I have had to deal with many unprofessional companies in my lifetime but hands down legend removals takes the top spot for being the worst one. It is difficult to describe how bad they are and that too in multiple ways. I asked them to move my house furniture and boxes from London to Germany and they assured me that it will be done within 7-days. In fact, that was the deal breaker for me and once I got it in writing, I moved ahead with them. As per other people's experience, they are fantastic till they get the full money but then you are on your own (of course without your stuff). They picked up my stuff on 3rd September and today is 23rd. Just forget about giving any delivery dates, they told me that they can't provide any dates because they have shortage of delivery vehicles, which is very strange as they are in business of delivering stuff and vehicles seem to be very important part of it. They say that it is "unforeseen" but I would argue it is very much "forseen" because when you keep taking orders, you must know how much vehicles you have to carry out those orders. Imagine a situation where you go to restaurant, they promise you quick service, you order food and they take your money and then say that they are sorry that there are no chefs available. Also, we don't know how long it is gonna take to find substitute chef, so please keep waiting. BTW..we have your money and we are not going to give you that back because one day we promise to deliver your food.The current situation is much worse because they have your money as well as your whole household with them.

Anyway, I don't think vehicle shortage is the problem. It is just that they are extremely greedy and trying to maximise their profit by combining multiple orders.

On the top of all it, their communication is worse than their promises if that is even possible. They will tell you all about your order when YOU ask them, REPEATEDLY. You have to chase them and they promise to come back and then nothing....Then you ask multiple times. Then they say sorry, will take 15-days then they say upon asking agin that actually we don't know when will your order be delivered. Fun fact, they don't have any phone number where you can talk to them directly. They ask you to write email, which they ignore effortlessly. Their operation department, which is supposed to be one who takes care of shipments is more like non-operation department. Almost never reply to email unless you contact multiple departments at the same time, repeatedly. I believe that people with fantastic reviews happen to have their shipment placed at the right time.

Overall, if you want to take their service, do it your own peril. You might get lucky but risking your whole household is too big of a risk. If I had only known before. And Just to clarify once more...I am STILL waiting for my shipment. It is extremely difficult to go on with your lives when you have a toddler in empty house with all of his stuff (including the whole household) stuck somewhere in legend removals warehouse.

Just in case, Legend removals tries to dispute anything here, I have emails and whatsapp messages as evidence so please don't even try. I can (maybe I will) publish them if needed.

Initially, I was impressed with the service. N. from Sales was friendly and helpful, and we agreed on a price. I paid my invoice and have been waiting on a delivery date since.

A few days ago, I came across some concerning reviews on Google and wanted to speak with someone over the phone. Being a first-time customer, I was naturally anxious about what I'd read. When I asked to speak with Operations, I was told to email instead. Funnily enough, I’m not a fan of endless email threads—a 5-minute call would’ve done the trick.

I also asked N. to call me, which he promised to do the next day. He didn’t. No call, no follow-up. Silence. Avoidant customer service is never a good look.

Note to Legend Removals: if you don’t take care of your customers, your competitors will.

Update [23/09]: N. from Operations called today. Despite his rather pointed tone, he confirmed a collection window for this week. Let’s see how it goes.

Update [25/09]: My items were collected by an exceptionally friendly and helpful driver. Since he was working alone, we gave him a hand, and the job was completed quickly. M. was fast, efficient, and provided great service overall.

Side note: I was informed the delivery could take up to 20 days due to an ongoing busy period, which is fine with me—that’s just how it goes sometimes.

Like a review I have just read here, once they have the goods, they seem to feel they can deliver when they like.
I was promised 10 to 15 days. Now is day 23 and still no furniture.
I would suggest you avoid this company

i dealt with Nellio and Nick both were very helpful and did everything they said they would. The delivery drivers were excellent,very polite and helpful also very friendly.Collection and delivery were on time and i was kept informed throughout the journey on progress.Also the price was very reasonable,i would have no hesitation in using Legend again,thank you

Two weeks have passed from my last review, and over one month has passed from when my belongings were picked up in London.
Of course, nothing has been delivered yet.
They told me my goods were at Customs in Spain, where apparently they have been for 3 days now and yet, no delivery date has been given to me.
Goes without saying that this company is not to be trusted.

Legend replied quickly to my early inquiries and came up with a very competitive quote with a discount for early booking. They were patient as I dithered about an exact window for my complicated move from Europe, and communication remained fluent and positive throughout the process. Friendly helpful and hardworking teams of two helped at collection and delivery points.

I recently used Legends for an international move and overall, I was pleased with the service. Our goods were handled with great care and delivered safely by Slava, who was very friendly and helpful loading and unloading the van.
Communication with the operations team was minimal as the move was approaching but efficient and instructions to gather the paperwork to get custom clearance were very clear and useful.
I would consider using Legends again for a future move.

What started as a great exchange with a consultant at Legend Removals, turned into a really inconvenient and disappointing process.

After we agreed to delay our initial pickup dates to accommodate Legends logistics, we locked in, paid the deposit and were feeling secure in the stressful moving process. With just over a week to go until our move we were contacted by the team to say that they had cancelled our move as they were “unable to provide the service”. This has left us with just over a week to find someone to take our belongings from Austria to the UK. This is very difficult and has had big financial implications.

Even if you pay a deposit with Legend and agree on dates be fully prepared for them to cancel on you last minute.

Nelio was very helpful when organising our move and was very thorough in explaining everything - making the mood less stressful!

5 stars for Legend removals, our stuff arrived in about 5 days, drivers were very helpful (sorry I forgot their names!) Nelio helped with the quote and advised of the process - will be moving the rest of my stuff in about 6 months and will 100% use them again

Nelio contacted us after we made an enquiry online for our move from London to Copenhagen, we were sceptical at first as they were offering quite competitive prices but we went ahead, goods were received within 3 days even though he advised it could take up to 10. Would highly recommend
