I had many movers and heard of many bad experiences but Martin assured me a smooth move and beat his estimated time by 2 hours truly professional had tricks of the trades to move things effortless made it look easy. I would have been happy to pay more tip was nice. Martin P is a beast.

They uses localities drivers,etc... Not as to under laid quotations Jokers involved NK packers- Fraudulent.Stupidity in it's heights. Promises warehouses in all m cities and drives your vehicle by local idiots from east to west and south to north of India.

They lie about the cubic meters and the prices

I have been a professional moving company and a 1/2 a professional moving company. I looked at my things and they were like 2 m³ when they come to the stories that told me there were 3.5 m³. That's not true, so they put up the prices. Also, to take my things to another country. So the prices we agreed on was not true.Don't trust this company, never use it

That was more than they deserve. Supposedly, had my pallets from Florida bringing them down here to California I was told when I purchased the pallets that that the delivery was included in the price I was surprised when I received the phone call or a text stating that they were from this company and that they needed $150 for insurance that is fully reimbursable it will be refunded okay I went to the person I bought the pallets from he said I should pay so I paid $150 through cash app that was a joke in itself because it had to go through three times for them to have the right name for to go through and then another $150 was taken out of my bank so the next day I get another phone call saying that they needed $119 for stamps something about the weight I paid $119 there should be no other problems and I'll have the pallets here within the day or two I went to the person I bought the pallets from he said we had to pay it it should be it okay I paid it again through app and again a problem.
Now I get a phone call then a text stating that my items are at the port and that there is a hold on them for $259 and mind you they're supposed to be four pallets but they're only talking about two.
Then they tell me that if I just paid $259 they'll go ahead and release one of the pallets.
Again I was suggested to go ahead and pay that that's the last fee that they'll charge me so I paid the $259.
20 minutes later they come back with oh they can't release the other pallet or they can't release just one pallet they have to release both and that's another $259 because they're put together not separately is it that makes no sense and I'm not paying it so they is playing that my pallets are at the airport at international airport waiting for this other fee.
But won't give me the name or a copy of the receipt or a statement that says that that's where my pallets are at they give me a focus tracking number mind you I've been up for 4 days taking care of a lady that was passing away so my mind wasn't all the way there it was my fault too.
The next day the person I bought the pallets from claims that the pallets are still in Florida that have never left and that I just got scammed for $528 who would have thought.
He says the FBI is after them and he's taking the pallets to another shipping company and that he's going to take care of it and I should have my pallets within a day or two now he wants another $350 so what do you think I think they're both in cahoots.
The company that hired global movers was Amazon wholesale pallets liquidation out of Florida.
Seems very legit.
And tell you require things from him like receipts and stuff like that when you do get it it's made up generic it's and he also goes through cash app with bogus names.
That should have told me something the first time.
Anyway that's my story about $803 total but I could have been out a lot more I see.
What do we need to do to get back at them get our money and get them shut down.
Any suggestions.

I had a great experience working with them. Alex answered all my questions and received all my stuff without any damage. 5 Stars!!

If I could give negative stars I would. Worst company to move with ever. They lie from day one, worst is it starts from the top all the way down to the bottom. They completely wrecked furniture and said we wrecked our own furniture, made false claims about moving dates, even the pick up date was a day later and I had to call around at 8pm to find out they were not coming to pick up the day they were supposed too and delivery date that was latest guaranteed date actually ended up being 3 days later! They left my senior mother hanging as it was supposed to be room to room service that actually was not, refused to go past first room in the house to bring goods. Lacked communication, I had to call numerous number to get any type of updates on when potentailly they would be picking up or dropping off, except when they wanted to be paid, which they wouldn't drop off anything till paid in full, now I know why! I tried first to go through the BBB for a resolution and they couldn't even come to one because of the lying that happened, in this instance apparently the moving company would have no reason to lie?! Really why would I as someone who hired you lie. I have picture and video proof. Horrible, just run ANYONE WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER!

Worst company with no proper management, they damaged my bike, fridge, and multiple plastic items.
No one in the company is taking responsibility for the damage. Also the company co-ordinator is asking for more money from your side, no proper communication and never delivers the items on the scheduled date

I just hired Global Moving for the second time, and the experience has, once again, been terrific. These guys are friendly, courteous, professional, detail-oriented and very hardworking. Recommended!

My move with Global Moving LLC Charlotte NC was horrendous, to say the least. They had so many positive ratings which I guess are paid responses since the service I had was so bad. After my goods were picked up there was no communication from this company at all other than unkept promises. It took informing them I spoke with an attorney to get them to release my goods which I had already paid for the move in full at the time of pick up as they required as the goods were going into free storage. I called for my first day of delivery on August 4th and 5th for August 12th and finally got my goods on August 30th and the move was not even completed, they left my stuff outside on the lawn and the driver left. There is a list of things missing over $2,000 including a security camera system, fine china, and other miscellaneous stuff. The pickup documents show 81 items leaving my home and the count on items delivered was only 78 and the driver did not count or look at the list of items nor did he have me sign anything when they arrived. I contacted both the driver and the company to see if they would look for any additional items with no returned information. There were little to no returned calls from Doug Pihlgren the operations manager or Christie Strong who did my initial booking during this entire process after the goods were picked up even after repeated phone calls and emails to the company and the individuals. To top this entire fiasco off with this company the driver arrived with no help or equipment to unload the truck. I a disabled and was helping him unload things and called an got an additional 2 people to help him and once they arrived he got in his truck and left with all my things sitting on the lawn to my building. I texted and called the driver to find out what was going on and a day later he called me telling me it was a misunderstanding and he thought he could leave cause I had help another lie. Well don't know about you but that is an incomplete move in my opinion. In my opinion, they should not even be in business. I have filed a claim with their insurance company for the replacement value of my missing goods. The company offered me an insulting offer of $150. returned for what they put me through which is an insult to the quality expected, care of my move, and my integrity due to their incompetency. Not considering the lost items they are are also requesting I not let anyone know how horrible this entire situation was.
They are not taking into account my professional time trying to get answers and contacts as well as the fact the company never finished the move, my costs to get people to move the belongings back into my home for me. I have nearing 40 hours in an effort of dealing with this situation and trying to get people to call me back and answer emails and texts the amount offered would equate to less than the minimum wage. You can tell a reputable company from the irreputable just by their offer – I just bought a kitchen island cart and when delivered had damage. I emailed the company to see if I could get replacement parts and without even asking they gave me back $100 on a $169 purchase – without asking!

I have asked this company to refund 1/3 of my move and replacement value of my missing stuff and they have offered $150 and I have not heard a word from them since. And I am waiting to see what insurance does. I would suggest you look very carefully at the mover you select to not deal with what I am dealing with.

The company was accommodating on the phone, in accepting my move on short notice from Wash DC to Hartford Ct. At pick up they appeared reasonable but a bit short and dismissive of me. On delivery the crew was rough and hurried. In unpacking I discovered damage in EVERY item. ALL of the cardboard boxes showed crush damage, some minor, others significant. Every box contained broken items. Most stemware was broken, and several sturdier pottery items cracked or broken to pieces.
Every piece of furniture has a noticeable ding or scratch in the finish, or sprung hinge, if not broken legs or pedestals.
Items that they packed were no better off. A bundle containing a 5ft antique ceremonial cross arrived with the horizontal cross piece broken off, and the kitchen broom arrived without the broom head. Several framed item had their glass broken, and I'm amazed that all the mirrors arrived intact.
When I complained, I was referred to the contract that says they are only responsible for items they packed.
I accept that some of the damage was due to my packing inexperience, but their agents rough and callous handling of their clients items is responsible for the lion's share of the damage inflicted on my possessions.
