Great service and great product, chaps who delivered also setup and talked through how to look efficiently burn wood and maintain the cube fire and took the packaging away. Really pleased, look forward to firing up and enjoying

Broken base.
The replacement pebbles and base arrived very promptly but the base was broken when we opened it. We were very disappointed as we’ve a party arranged and won’t have the new pebbles in time now.
Customer Services were very helpful and will post out a replacement.

Ordered Vantage coal set that arrived following day in advance of gas fire service.
Shape of coals slightly different in shape than original, and fit perfectly in fire place.
Looks great and comforting when in use.

Goods received damaged
Unfortunately the rear unit of the coal set was damaged in the packaging. Awaiting a response to my email for a replacement.
I am pleased to update my review following the speedy receipt of the replacement unit fully intact.

We make every effort to package the items as much as possible but unfortunately they are in the hands of the carriers from us to you which does lead to damages from time to time. We do carry stock of the individual items for such events so you should receive the replacement part within a couple of days. I can’t give enough praise to this company
I can’t give enough praise to this company and it’s staff from my personal experience i wanted to give my gas fire a full revamp coals,trim,fret and more the
Lady that helped me (Jess taylor) was brilliant her knowledge and advice was so helpful after i had made wrong decisions she put me right to what i should have ordered and dealt with returns speedily and with professionalism and patience.
This will be a one stop shop for me in the future i won’t look elsewhere once again well done.

Simple to order part and quick delivery.
Ordered new oxy pilot, arrived in 36 hours and fitter had installed the next day. Postage cost was a bit high at over £8 for a lightweight part.
