After asking for technical advice for a project I was planning I received first class service from LEDspace, even receiving a telephone call to clarify my exact requirements. This enabled me to make my order with confidence. I have used LEDspace’s products before and they are good quality, look great and are performing well.

Had many back and forth with questions and ended up with them supplying a quote of everything I needed. Paid for the parts and they arrived after a few days. One of the boxes was damaged (in transit not Ledspace), messaged them with photos and had a reply very quickly saying a replacement would be sent, arrived after two days.
Can’t speak highly enough of the communication and support.

Ordered a few bits from LED Space. The customer service from Shaun is first class, quickly helped with resolving initial connection issues and then with one of the interfaces being faulty he immediately sent out a replacement and now everything is working as it should. Thank you very much for your customer service Shaun....a very highly recommended company!!

Technical support really helpful. I made an order entry error which they spotted and let me know before shipping. Few issues post installation which they were very helpful in resolving.

You fill in an online form of your request then you get an email with prices. You then pay then it’s all delivered next day.
Dave was my contact who was on the ball with prompt replies. Fantastic service and would definitely recommend these guys. I will definitely be using them again.

Used this service to get some LED lights for some units I’d made for a customer, explained what I needed and was given a quote with all the materials needed. Initially all seemed perfect however they’d missed a power supply off the quote which I had to then order and pay another £10 shipping for. I’m still happy with the service and probably should have checked the quote in more detail. Shipping was fast and the quote itself was fast.

Very pleased with product after slight difficulty of getting it to work. Immediate and unexpected response to my cries for help by email (preferred) and telephone. Taken through issues and helped with next order (based on success of first, very patiently and clearly (by Michael) and looking forward to taking delivery in near future.

Very poor company, bought a kit I seen advertised on you tube, the kit arrived and there were items missing, I was told these were extras and had to be paid for inclusive of delivery, These kits also come with no spares, therefore being new to this kit I endured a few problems and was told this was user error, so had to pay again with delivery for spares. Got very frustrated with the operator whilst exchanging views on this product and she was of no help at all.
I spent over 300 bucks on a 95 bucks kit. I'd say shop around there's much more affordable kits out there by far and avoid this company

Great service and great product. Simple to install, easy to follow instructions and the light strips stick really well but make sure you line them up exactly where you want them the adhesive bond is super strong.
