Lovely light, speedy delivery
Speedy delivery, lovely light.
Unfortunately we had to return as it was too big for our space (our fault) but the returns process was easy and the postage covered. They use UPS and it was collected within 2 hours of me booking it in. Fantastic service.

We had seen these lamps in a restaurant…

Dreadful company
Dreadful company. Not based in the UK, and there is virtually zero customer service support in the UK. Sent me damaged items which I had to return to the Netherlands, ensuring customs forms were adhered to return boxes etc. When eventually the items were received in the Netherlands, I was told that I’d have to wait 14 days for a refund!
Do not use this company.

Excellent product and good service
Lamp itself is great really does look amazing when on. Reasonably well packaged and delivered quickly 5 stars apart from box was marked as opened to fit uk plug but still had a European one fitted and an eu to uk adaptor chucked in box. When I first plugged in the lamp nothing happened. Fortunately I had another adapter in the house and when I used that one lamp came straight on. Also one grub screw was loose in packaging and I nearly threw it out. Tiny niggles really 4.8 stars

Very happy with this ceiling lamp. It looks very stylish and modern, and it was easy to install. I bought it during a sale with a discount, so the price was also very good. Communication with the company was smooth and delivery arrived on time. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

Great at keeping me up to date with…
