Unacceptable customer support
Ordered 2 X Ceiling fans in February. On installation, one was faulty, it was promptly returned back to you, on the basis that I would receive a replacement fan. You received your faulty fan, I didn’t receive my replacement - or the following 3 replacements for that matter!!
Three months from original purchase, 4 replacements sent, all returned to sender without ever leaving the Netherlands, not one received, 5 phone calls, 3 emails, one promised refund, no refund, how much more am I expected to do?
I’m now going to report this transaction as fraudulent to my credit card company, maybe they’ll have more luck with a response from you than I have.

My order has been delayed by two months for reasons unknown & the lights are required to be wired in by the electrician to get the renovation complete, so no lights..
I tried calling customer service was on call queue for forty minutes then got cut of. Very disappointed with terrible service

Poor after sales customer care.
