Horrible products with horrible customer service. My first light bar lasted an hour before it stopped working. Second one lasted 2 months. Tried to get refund and they will not reimburse my money. Only will repair the product that keeps failing. Very disappointed with the quality and customer service. Save your money and buy a cheep $50 strobe from Amazon. They’ll outlast this company by far. Buyer beware

The give you a promo code for free shipping that doesn’t work. And also offer you a free tee shirt which you cannot get! A little disappointed in both these situations. Why bother offering?!

The worst of the worst.
They wanted me put a claim in with UPS. The return was tracked to there building. Under the 14 day return policy for full refund. They still stole money from return. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY. QUILITY OF ITEMS ARE VERY BAD. There is a Led company in Missouri St. Louis. Are great people they won't sell you something wrong. Still shows NY company's still suck. Had to give 1 star just to write this.

The ad shows all the promos codes and free shipping is eligible on the ad. But when you add a promo code that free shipping goes away, it does not say that in the ad. First time ordering and I hope the merchandise is as good as they say it is on their site. So I looked on your page, nowhere does it show one promo code per order also top of page it does show some restrictions but it does show any you can read.

Excellent company. I have placed several large orders and they were processed without issue and arrived quickly. Highly Recommended.

I’ve had a siren unit for two years and it works Great! Only downfall is the power switch lacks ingenuity and quality. The switch only works partially now and I have to press firmly on the switch in order to activate the power. Not a huge deal but beware. Now to customer service...first time calling, service was great! Second time calling, immediately disappointed. The customer service rep treated me poorly and was very short with me, cut me off multiple times, and was unpleasant to talk to about the power switch issue. They seemed like they didn’t care about my concerns and was very argumentative with me. For that, I don’t feel I would buy another item from this company. I will go somewhere else for a lesser product but better service. Extremely displeased with the way customer service treated me. Wow is all I can say.

DO NOT order from this company!!!! The customer service is terrible and so is their product. I’m very disappointed with the product and the companies unwillingness to provide a solution.

I made a mistake purchasing a mini light bar for trauma work, then realizing it was not what I needed when I opened it. I returned it within the 14 day period, but it was delivered to their neighbor and they did not know it. The return was arduous and they are charging me a restocking fee which no other establishment has ever done. Think carefully before purchasing from this company.

Do not buy from LED Outfitters. I purchased a 48-inch dual light bar last September (2020) and have had nothing but problems. First, the mounting brackets were missing, however, I called and they sent them out. Then after about 2 weeks, I noticed some the of the LED's were not working and then after about a month half the light bar was out. I called and they said they would send me replacement modules. The replacements took 2 months to come in. I installed the new modules and within 2 months the modules I did not replace were out. It took LED Outfitters another 6 weeks to send me replacement modules and when I got them they were the wrong modules. These light bars are cheap made in China crap. The only reason I gave them 2 stars was they did answer the phone and they did send out replacements although the wrong ones. If you want a good light bar then spend the money and get a good one. Not from LED Outfitters

I placed an order with them for a light bar and siren and speaker, I received the light bar, but when I asked about the siren and speaker I got told they were waiting on the manufacturer, but it says it's in stock on your page. Very rude customer service, I told them to cancel the rest of my order and they said 7 to 10 days to get a refund. Well, I called again because it's been 10 days and no refund, the guy never cancelled my order. Very very bad customer service, HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND.

Don't waste your time with them. i placed a order 7 month ago. Told me it shipped then back ordered ,
I called and called they did not have a clue or they did and just did not care, hoping you will forget about them.
then asked for a refund still nothing. telling me only one guy can do that (STEVE). we may have thought they where a big company but I'm betting they are working out of a garage.

Do not order from them. I ordered the BLACK FRIDA DaMeGa 36" FLEX 12 MINI LED LIGHTBAR & 4 DIAMOND 4 GRILL LIGHTS. When I got the light it overheated after 2 minutes being on. The cigarette plug was so hot it burnt my hand. I've messaged them multiple times and they say they will call back but never do. I called them only to be talked to by a very rude person at the company. After 2 weeks still no answer back. Stay away from this company. Absolutely horrible customer service. Now I'm out $335. They are very unprofessional and the equipment is junk!!

This is an absolute terrible place to do business. I did an online order based on items were in stock. I followed up the following week as I had not received a conformation on the order. I was told it would ship before the end of the week. The guy did not respond if the items were in stock when I asked. (I could here kids in the back ground, and assumed he couldn't check maybe working from home). This week no conformation email as to status of order. I called and was told that the items were still in production. I stated that I wanted to cancel my order and was told that I would receive a refund in 5-7 business days. I question as to why I had been billed prior to shipment, but no answer. I then received an email shortly after stating that my order had shipped the previous week and a tracking number. When I searched the tracking number, UPS states that they will advise of a delivery date when the item is dropped at their facility. This is not an acceptable way of conducting business.

Our customer service during the ordering process was incredibly unprofessional. We were willing to overlook the first experience on the order date, but when we discovered that our bank account was charged twice for the same purchase and I called to discuss a resolution, the experience was so unprofessional that I immediately cancelled our order. LED Outfitters did remove charges, but I would warn anyone to beware of this company. I cannot even image what would happen if there was any kind of warranty issue

I received my order on September 7, 2020. I did not open it until September 23, 2020. The website was misleading. The light was white LED lights covered by a color shield. The white lights severely washed out the color. Unacceptable. I called today, September 24, 2020, 14 business days after receipt, BUT they refuse to give a refund and the "supervisor" was rude and couldn't care less about customer relations. Beware!

When I saw the company reviews, I thought some of the reviews are isolated cases... “rude and not customer friendly”. I just called the customer service today and that is exactly what I got... rude people!!! I will pass the word to my overland buddies... never again!!!

Ordered two light bars one of them didn’t work. Contacted them via phone they are completely arrogant towards customers, told me to email a video which I did. 4 days later no reply so called back. Was questioned on if I thought they wasn’t gonna take care of it, and don’t no how long it will take. Week after video sent of it not working I get a reply to send the light bar back I have to pay the shipping cost and then I have to wait for them to repair it and then send it back to me. I paid for a working light bar and got one none working and I have to pay shipping cost back for a bad light and then wait how long for repair to be done. It’s been two weeks since I purchased and haven’t got to use it. Totally bogus company on customer service. Why not send a replacement and a return label and do the right thing. The other bar still working fine. But the customer service and how they treat them with issues is a big problem

Rude, arrogant, not knowledgeable in the slightest, the guy that answers the phone acts like your bothering him and he can’t wait to get off the phone.
