I came across to LED Outfitters site when I decided to replace my halogen lights with the new LED light bars. I ordered and received what I expected. The customer service is very helpful and accommodating! You will never go wrong with LED Outfitters, they got the best-LED light bars!

I ordered a siren and speaker. I had a professional installation team install it. They told me it isn't working but they tested the speaker and said it's working but not the brain or the controller. They were not sure which one was the issue. I contacted the company and 1 guy sent me another wiring diagram after wanting pictures of how it was wired and said it wasnt wired right. So a week later tieing JP a second day at the shop to find out they had it wired the way LED Outfitters told me. I called the company and the guy said to send it back I said are they paying for shipping. They said to email the email I have been and they would send me a label. Well I did and the person said what's wrong with it and how old is it and what was my purchase number. So I sent him all the information and told him that I was sent a thing to leave a review for them and currently it would not be a good review. Well it's been another week that they have not responded or sent me that label. So I am going to contact the manufacturer and see if I can deal strait through them and see if they can fix the issue. Since Led outfitters just fine with me having a paper weight and not being legal to run calls with this truck. I have ordered many lights through them and this is the first siren. I use to tell all responders go use them. But no more. I would rather buy from someone else since I see how their return policy isn't real or they are not willing to assist with swapping the bad parts with working ones after spending over 100 plus dollars. The longer they take and do not offer to help, the more bad reviews I'll be leaving all over the internet or on forums for falsifying return or replacement issues. The guys act on the phone like it's a bother wasting their time for their supply not working. I have also spent a lot of hours on hold on their phones.
