I haven’t worn these new boots as yet. I bought them as I have a puppy who has had a little nibble on my old pair! My old pair are 4years old and going strong withstanding every day winter wear (apart from the nibble) I didn’t need a new pair but wanted a pair in reserve just in case! Because these boots have comfort, quality, style and longevity as standard. To date they’re the best boots I’ve worn and owned.

Awesome customer service. I broke my zip on my - very old - boots - and after a brief email - they sent replacements free of charge. Not a single question. This is why they are the best. They have just secure a return customer when my boots finally give up the ghost! Thank you

I wanted to place an order but now Le Chameau insist upon a mobile number. Mmm not everyone on the planet own a mobile and if they do may not wish to give the number. How totally short sighted Le Chameau are now.

I wouldn't say they are value for money and they definitely aren't very warm but what wellies are? These are very fitted and tight on the foot and yes they do give but if you're wanting to put thick thermal socks on in the winter then I suggest getting the next size up.

I was that disappointed I was even considering returning them and buy cheaper like Caldene Westfield ones, thicker sole, insulated and more roomy and more than half the price.

Ordering online was straightforward, delivery was prompt. My third pair of Le Chameau wellies, so comfortable & hard-wearing, wouldn't have any others!

Love my boots! Very comfortable and easy to clean, although gutted if I’d waited another week I would’ve got the care kit free😢😢

The wellies are very good like they usually are. I’ve only scored 4* because of them not making kids wellies any longer we like to all have matching and this year my little unfortunately won’t be able to get the bigger size. This will be the last time buying from here.

My wellingtons have lasted me 2 years and today I changed them for new neoprene ones. Happy with product but recent price increase make me sad

I’ve ordered my wellies through another seller so I’m reviewing the wellies only and not the service. I’ve received a pair of Vierzonord ladies neoprene wellies to replace the pair I’ve had for 12 years. For 6 years I wore them everyday all day for my job and they have been fantastic. After 12 years they finally had a leak which I think is pretty impressive. The new ones don’t seem to be anywhere near the same quality unfortunately. They aren’t as sturdy, they are almost flimsy. My feet have been cold over the past couple of days and I never once had cold feet in my other ones. I fully expect changes to have been made over 12 years but I would have thought they would be for the better. Im a little disappointed if I’m honest as I’ve always sworn by Chemeau over Aigle. I think for the money and reputation I’d have expected better. Let’s see how they last over time with more use …..

Been looking for wellies, always huge and heavy as I'm a size 9 but slim legs. Finally found them. Lightweight, your foot doesn't swim about and you can tighten the leg to fit slim .vierzon style.

Bought a pair of size 9 Vierzon online, but looked at the other colours too before pressing buy. Unfortunately, and unnoticed by me, when you look at the other colours (same wellie, mind you, and same page) it then defaults your selected size back to a size 6. I did not notice this, and a pair of wellies 3 sizes too small duly arrived. Returns was simple, and a replacement pair in size 9 requested as part of the returns process. The returned size 6s were delivered back to le Chameau on Monday according to Royal Mail, but there is no sign or notification of receipt or dispatch of my replacements 3 days later. For the price I don’t think it is too much to expect a website that doesn’t just randomly assign the wrong size because you browsed a different colour (either it should remember the size you chose or, at least, prompt you to re-enter your size when you look at a different colour), nor should it be too much to expect a confirmation of receipt of return and notification of dispatch (which could be the same email - why are the replacements not tee’d up to go as soon as the returns are delivered and checked?). So, I have yet to actually have my wellies to wear.

Easy to use website with lots of choice. Selection made and the wellingtons arrived well packaged and very quickly.

5 star customer service team, I’ve had my Jameson quilted boots for about 4 years and one of the side buckles broke. They sent me a replacement within days. Not many places offer this fantastic after care.

Problème dans ma commande donc j'appelle le service client,je suis accueilli par une dame très désagréable j'ai eu l'impression de la déranger pour une commande de saint Hubert à 300€ qui me parle très mal, heureusement pour moi du coup la commande n'a pas été prise en compte du coup j'ai trouvé les mêmes saint Hubert dans une coopérative à côté de chez moi à 250€😉

My black boots started to discolour after less than a year and very few wears.
Customer services did offer to send a replacement pair believing the fault was one off after they reviewed the images, but required me to destroy my old boots first. I offered to return them, as I couldn’t in good conscience send them to landfill for a cosmetic issue, but that wasn’t an option so have not taken them up on the replacement pair and I am left with boots I’m not happy with which I paid a steep price for.

I would say this is the best service I have ever received. Good information, good atmosphere and it felt like family. Thank you Marina🌸
