I found Laurelo through an email I received from The Bereavement Service. I contacted them as I was unsure how I stood regarding Inheritance Tax for my Mothers estate and I spoke to a very helpful young lady who told me that I would receive a call from a colleague who would be able to advise me further. This initial call was free and at no time did I feel pressured into committing to anything. I agreed that I would engage them to undertake the IHT form and Probate on my behalf. Chris arranged to come and see me at my home and I found him extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He oversaw the whole process and kept me updated on the progress. Probate was granted in under 4 weeks. Their support continues after they have gained probate. I cannot speak more highly of Laurelo and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. I am sure they are far quicker, more pleasant and easier to deal with than most professionals.

Getting a grant of probate for a loved one when you are not at your best is a minefield of paperwork and confusion!
Although initially I wanted to save money and complete the probate process myself, it was utterly overwhelming and stressful.
My funeral director recommended Laurelo - a fixed fee probate adminiatation company, and as soon as I decided to use their services it was plain sailing from that moment onwards.

3 weeks later - I had the grant of probate.
