Hanno inviato una lampada con il trasformatore che non funziona

SCRIVO ANCHE QUI COSI' MAGARI MI DEGNANO DI UNA RISPOSTA. HO ACQUISTATO SUL SITO 2 LAMPADARI IN DATA 23 NOVEMBRE 2023 E AD OGGI 24 GENNAIO 2024 HO RICEVUTO SOLO UNA PARTE DEL MIO ORDINE. HO CONTATTATO PRONTAMENTE L'ASSISTENZA CHE MI HA INFORMATA CHE LA SECONDA PARTE DEL MIO ORDINE ERA FERMA AL LORO DEPOSITO PERCHE' LA CONSEGNA ERA FALLITA IN QUANTO NON ERO IN CASA (DAL TRACKING NON RISULTA CHE ABBIANO EFFETTUATO UN TENTATIVO DI CONSEGNA). MI HANNO CHIESTO SE VOLESSI RICEVERE ANCORA IL PACCO E OVVIAMENTE HO CONFERMATO. IL GIORNO 12 GENNAIO MI HANNO INFORMATA CHE ORMAI IL MIO ORDINE ERA TORNATO AL MITTENTE MA CHE AVREBBERO ORGANIZZATO UNA NUOVA CONSEGNA ENTRO 3 GIORNI E CHE AVREI RICEVUTO IL PACCO ENTRO 6 GIORNI. AD OGGI 24 GENNAIO 2024 NON HO PIU' AVUTO ALCUNA NOTIZIA DEL MIO ORDINE, ANZI, DOPO BEN 3 EMAIL IN CUI CHIEDEVO CHE FINE AVESSE FATTO NESSUNO MI HA DEGNATA DI UNA RISPOSTA. OGGI HO DECISO DI RINUNCIARE AL MIO ORDINE PERCHE' QUESTO COMPORTAMENTO E' INCOMMENTABILE E HO RICHIESTO UN RIMBORSO CHE A QUESTO PUNTO HO DEI DUBBI CHE ARRIVERA'.
VOGLIO IL RIMBORSO DEI SOLDI CHE HO PAGATO BEN 2 MESI FA SENZA RICEVERE LA MERCE ORDINATA.

Not enough instructions for the assembly. the item comes with the bulb lights but no indications about their power (lumen and Kw); once installed I just noticed that the light was insufficient for my room and I had to replace the bulb lights with other ones with more power. Generally it is a nice chandelier but is available just one size...I would have preferred to have one more size, bit larger, to choose but no options available.

Ho acquistato il lampadario Marilyn,arrivato senza un braccio ho dovuto aspettare 10 giorni per avere il pezzo mancante. Non posso comunque utilizzare il lampadario perché manca il trasformatore. Lampadario inutilizzabile. Ho scritto al servizio clienti ma non mi hanno risposto.

È una bella lampada anche se migliorabile in alcuni dettagli. Ho aspettato molto, un mese per riceverla, non sapevo partisse da Shanghai. Comunque tracciamento internazionale impeccabile; ho tribolato di più col corriere italiano. Secondo me sono lampade di buon livello, consiglio veramente il sito d'acquisto se gli articoli vi interessano.

Il lampadario è molto bello, leggero e resistente. I colori dono fantastici. Le informazioni sullo stato della spedizione e gli aggiornamenti relativi sono stati sempre in linea ed attendibili.

The remote control was missing and the light is not bright enough. Lasola wanted to send me the remote control but I want to return the lamp because there is not enough light. lasola no longer answers whether I can send the lamp back.

Lampadario da cucina arrivato in perfette condizioni, ci ha messo un po’ circa un mese ma col periodo natalizio di mezzo ci può stare. Soddisfatto della spesa, ottimo design e qualità del prodotto.

Dear sirs, the object " edge" arrived curved and not right. And is NOT a transport damage, the box is strong and perfect. It is a producción problem. So I already asked for the money back, and you propose 20% discount adding that maybe is possible to make the lamp right because is plástic !!!! Umbeliveable....!!! Please solve the problem thanks...!
