Absolutely fantastic service! Alicia and the team worked so hard to get our house sale through quickly and it took less than 2 months from offer to exchange. It was refreshing how quick they worked, how they explained everything and kept us constantly updated. They made what is normally a stressful process very stress free. The whole team were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend and use Larrington & Co again!

Buying houses can be stressful but with Jake every element he was involved in and in control of was stress free. Jake gave outstanding customer service throughout our buying and selling process. Jake at Larrington was great from start to finish. It felt like he was on top of everything, with extremely prompt communication. They work as a "local but online" solicitor. This meant that communication was very easy as it was all done through email. If I did have a problem or wanted to drop off documents I was still able to though so this was ideal.

Searches were very prompt, and were the best format I've seen used. Each search came back with a full report.
