Simply excellent! all the way to product quality, design, customer support, flexibility and all you could need from a vendor/brand. I’ve personally bought 2 pairs of the same model cause i’ve fallen in love with the screen glasses so i came back for sunglasses as well so i can wear them more often 😅 Totally reccommend it!

Absolutely amazing. The customer service is excellent, the quality of the glasses is better than most known designer glasses and the processing time is very fast. I truly recommend buying their glasses and their sun-clip.

Here's the review.

Lance glasses is some scamworks company that puts most of its budget into hype and advertising. the product you'll get is nothing sensational or good, or anything you couldn't of gotten in existence elsewhere or locally. Nothing is new - just may have been new for you. And they will charge you for every single step along the way.

The advertised product was blue-light blocking prescription glasses for kickstarter prices. The final price was over 200 USD, with multiple shenanigans of "read the fine print" slammed all over their "customer service". A brief search on google will show you hundreds of complaints about such things.

The product that was delivered was quite flimsy, with the prescription being just slightly off-putting enough to not want to be worn. Almost like a fish-eye kind of distortion, where everything is pulled back.

Christina was the sales rep I tried to deal with, and she was brutally dumb. Circles of emails where she just could NOT comprehend the failure was on their systems end. Although I had demanded refunds several times, Lance denied me over and over.

Finally, on a facebook comment page, somebody mentioned they would give me a refund - but after answering a pile of questions Lance wanted another pile of cash to pay for shipping. I refuted, and just sucked up my losses.

Some scams are just better than others. Some scammers use Kickstarter. This is not Lance first time, and won't be their last.

Received my sunglasses, had a problem with them. Sent them an email. No response. Still with the same problem. The glasses are very pretty, but the material looks quite plastic for the price paid.

In the end had to take them to the Optician to fix them. Unfortunately, no other solution offered from Lance glasses.

Answering to the email below:

1. I had to take them to the Optician, who confirmed the problem could not have been fixed by myself as the problem was a pin not adjusted properly on the left side of the glasses.
2. I paid €94.

Contribution #3709 - I truly implore others to look into other glasses options. Titanium frames are available at much more affordable prices in more stylish selections at other e-commerce eye stores.

I'll start with the positive as I do want to remain impartial as I can be. The glasses look nice and are aesthetically pleasing. This is the only redeeming quality here - the photos on the models are what you get.

Cons - The frames are on the smaller end and do not suit larger facial structures - not the most flattering for rounder facial shapes. The sun clips do not fit on the frames and swing off of the Haussman frames which makes them useless. I'm saddened at the fact that I spent over 200$ CDN on these pair of glasses only to have the add ons as an expensive paper weights.

Titanium frames were a gimmick, and matte finish on the glasses makes them feel cheap. Having bought a pair of titanium frames from Eyebuy (because lead time on these was too long) , I realized those had a stronger and more robust feel.

As you've seen below, shipping was a huge issue & COVID was continually pushed as an excuse for slow fulfillment. While I tried to stay understanding, their support team was not prepped nor ready to handle the influx of orders & the company did not scale properly. It took over a YEAR & A HALF for me to receive my glasses. Lies were pushed through this duration, with support stating I would receive the tracking at a certain point in time, only to not receive anything in the time period and then see a public update on Indiegogo that there were more delays.

That is a ridiculous - my prescription has since changed making the glasses useless. On top of this they were fulfilling more recent orders and backers, while old contributors were left behind which was frustrating to watch and see - excuses can be made, but at the end of the day, Lance as a company needs to take responsibility.

Support failed to stay professional - excuses & promises were made stating that they were working on my order and then would circle back saying they were overloaded. This would repeat 4 times through - this a reflection on the companies inability to scale properly and lean to heavily on one or two support people.

All in all I can't return the glasses and have to invest more $$ in switching out the new prescriptions if I want any chance at wearing them. The sunclips did not fit and was the nail in the coffin as I realized the premium bundling was now useless. Look elsewhere folks, I really wanted to believe in this company, but I'm truly disappointed. Back at your own risk sigh...

I am a "glasses person" and I know a lot of brands on the market. I ordered from this brand and I simply love the frames. Super quality, exactly like in the photos. Love them!!

I just love their glasses. I have 2 pairs, bought one for mom and one for dad too and they are enjoying them a lot. No brands they had before even compares to the quality of these. Will be buying again when they release more models.

J'ai commandé deux paires il y a 2 ans qui ne sont toujours pas arrivées à ce jour.
Après avoir ouvert un ticket conduisant à un long échange par mail, on me dit qu'elles sont arrivées en France mais sans me dire comment les récupérer et Lance glasses ferme la conversation...

They give you low quality glasses, and takes 1 year to get your glasses. Stay away!!!!! Also, there return policy is a joke. Just go to a local eye wear store to pick up some glasses. At least you can try it on there, and see what you are getting.

The glasses 3.1.2021!, currently in talk with there support team. This is what there support team told me. From: hellolanceglasses.com, "As you might already know, pledges of the crowdfunding campaign are not refundable. All the amount of money raised during the campaign did immediately go to the platform, agency, production, logistics and so on. We are sorry to hear that you do not find a match with the glasses. However, we are always open to make recommendations based on the face type so all you need to do is ask, we will gladly help. Would a 10% discount on the website sweeten things up a bit for you? We would gladly offer it. You mind find Haussmann (either classic or bold) a good fit if you have a wide face." Just want to say that 10 percent is a kick in the face.

I do understand it is a Kickstarted and it is my fault for purchasing from Lance Glasses. When I should have done what the other comment said. Which was to stay away!!

However, I didn't realize when I was getting these glasses. That they would be kid sized and the shade clip for the glasses be defective. The shade clip is a did different shape compared to the glasses, and it dose not hold/cover the lenses properly. Which I have sent pictures to the support team.

Just some feed back, I could have gotten the sizing wrong on my glasses. You should tell customer how to properly get the correct sizing for your glasses before they purchase.
