Still haven’t received my item. Paid for next working day delivery. It is Xmas time so I did expect a delay. Some correspondence as to timings would be helpful.

I ordered a Philips Living Colours Princess light which arrived today. I am very pleased with it. Exactly as Lancashire Lighting described it. Great lighting company for unusual finds.

The whole process was straight forward, was informed of delivery and arrived well packaged.

I needed 2 replacement crystal for my chandler best price on the net and they let you purchase what you need. Good delivery.

My reason for this review is that after receiving scratched items, I requested a refund. 3 emails and 3 calls later, still no confirmation of pick up. However, I keep getting emails to review them, so here is my review until they arrange for a collection.

Item picked up with no collection email or slip, no refund yet.

After so many emails and calls, I definitely regret my purchase with this company, to say the least

My order was placed, accepted and payment taken. The goods didn't arrive on the delivery date. Despite emails and telephone messages being left, I have not received any response or my order. I would NOT recommend this company.

Poor delivery timeframe, website quoted 2-5 days for delivery. Chased up the order via email, no response. I then called promised someone would chase it up and call me back, they didn't. So called again, customer service not particulaly helpful, no apology. Eventually goods arrived 2 weeks later.

Great products, competitively priced. My new lights are stunning and arrived really quickly. Thank you so much!

Not happy paid for next day delivery that was Thursday still haven’t received it sunday

Great product and price and fast delivery

Better packaging ordered a outside light with bulb and the bulbs been broken in transit

I used this firm to source a light fitting (a replacement item for one I had broken during a renovation). Here's my impressions of the firm.

+ Large stock selection, including hard-to-find items.
+ Light fitting was carefully packaged, and arrived in good condition.
- Slow delivery. I paid a £9.95 increment for "next day delivery", but the item (shown as "in stock") was not received until 10 days after my order.
- No courier tracker ID.
- Unresponsive customer communication. No response to my 3 emails. I also phoned twice (to query status on my order). The phone was answered, and a message taken, but no one got back to me.

Summary: I'd consider using this firm again (for hard to source items) but would prefer to purchase elsewhere.

Easy to order & my order came quick & well packed as was light bulbs.
