I had a emergency call out on Saturday as my drain was blocked and Leo came out he was such a lovely person explained everything to me and made me feel at ease, I had the camera put down on Monday by Mark I think he was called he was very professional and also explained things to me, Mark came back on Thursday and replaced my drain pipe for me. They were very polite, professional and helpful I would highly recommend them.

Called LDS at 11am in the morning, Mark and Leo did a great job when they arrived at 3pm, all sorted one hour later. Just doesn’t get better than that!

It was my rented property where the drain in the back yard was blocked. I rang LDS Drainage Services on the evening and they were there the next day at 11am and cleared the blockage. I couldn't have asked for more. Great service. I'll definitely use them again and also recommend them to others.

The young man who attended my 95 year old mums blocked drain was very polite and did the job efficiently within an hour of arriving. It was a great relief to have the toilet working again. Thankyou LDS

Planned repair following successful unblocking of the drain. Mark had helpfully advised to recall for further problems in next day or two and as the bath would no longer drain they returned the following day. Problem turned out to be a broken pipe in the concrete and rerouting of pipe work was necessary.
They would not accept payment for the investigation and work on the call out despite this being only indirectly related to the original toilet blockage. The charge for the planned work was v competitive, indeed the overall service and value was remarkable.

Excellent Service, they came out within 2 hours of me contacting them and fixed the issue, would definitely recommend to anyone

These guys are the best!
I've been in an accent property for nearly five years, four of those years,we've had a constant smell of sewage and a freezing cold bathroom that could never be used.
Numerous other services have tried to find the issue but failed.

Rang LDS Drainage Services in the morning and they were with me within 2hrs.Very polite,got on with the job even though it was freezing and was finished in about 30 minutes.Would definitely recommend them and use them again
