Lovely lamp good quality arrived very quickly very pleased 👍

Very straightforward ordering and delivery as expected. Simple to construct ( except screw to plug). Looks good and works well.

It came with an E.U plug fitting, but had an adaption to make it function. However I have no idea if this fitting conforms with british standards, as I am no electrician and this worries me considerably.

Great quailty product and great service

I ordered two lights and got a ‘pre-order’ confirmation email only to receive another a day or so later telling me it wasn’t in stock and so my order had been cancelled. I wouldn’t have minded if I’d have been given the option of waiting for new stock or some kind of explanation: my order was just cancelled.

Great service and prompt delivery. Have ordered from here before and will not hesitate to do so again. Exactly what I wanted.

Good products and prompt delivery, discount codes are a bit of a problem though as they are very short-dated.

I received my order a ceiling fan and it was delivered quickly and easily installed, but the remote control had no battery so I can’t use it.
I did send an email but nothing back as of yet.

If I could give no stars, I would. I’ve had my order marked as delivered and then not delivered twice. This has been going on for over 6 weeks when it was meant to be delivered within 5 days of ordering. I’ve called at least 5 times and was always told I’d get an update, but never did—except once, and that wasn’t even true (they said they were sending it and didn’t). I don’t want a refund, I want the product, but they’re a terrible company. Avoid using them if you have a choice.

I placed an order for 4 garden ball lights and 4 bulbs all seemed well got all the emails and text confirming order and dpd delivery. I then received one large box with 2 ball lights and 4 bulbs tried to make contact but email gets returned as not found and phone number on invoice is not working...

Yes I can confirm that you have swiftly sent out replacements which have yet to arrive although this is good customer service it doesn't bring me back in time for the work I'm now delayed on with my client, but appreciate your resolution in this matter.

Really nice products and a lot of choices, a shame about the customer service side of things. Absolutely abysmal. I reach out because I’m having difficulty with a product that’s way too complicated to sort and I’ve directed to a video on how to assemble the product yet the video is of no help at all and didnt provide me with the help I needed perhaps if I was asked by the customer service person I spoke to instead of rude small unhelpful replies, it was pure laziness no service at all. What makes things worst is when I attempted to assemble the light again it broke on me causing me a cut on my finger. I raised a complaint and mentioned this as it’s very serious and the response from the same advisor was shocking not only did he clearly not care he said because I broke the light it’s my fault and they’re not accepting the complaint. Laughable. No mention of how am I? No asking about my injury? Not a single shred of care. And to just close my complaint even tho I want to raise one? That’s new to me. As a manager myself you can’t just refuse a complaint. I’d get Damian some customer service training. Was meant to be getting so many more items but won’t bother now - awful service.

The products were the wrong type for my application. No resistance from the seller, just efficiently handled. I was very impressed that they emailed the necessary paperwork for a return to the E.U. within minutes - commercial invoice for customs. So much for 'onerous paperwork' to deal with an E.U. seller.
