I BOUGHT 2 RINGS, AND THEY ARE NOT WHAT I ORDERED, I RETURNED THEM AND HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED YET. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!

they made it in silver as requested, it does take some time to get it but it is quality for a decent price so worth the wait. I’ve had no issues with them so far.

I placed my order and within days I was notified that it was being shipped. I had to leave town and FedEx attempted to deliver it but only left a door tag. This happened three times and when I called FedEx they told me if I didn't pick it up they would send it back to the shipper. Lajerrio Customer service (Ivy and Joy) both kept me informed as to the status of the FedEx shipment and guided me in getting it delivered safely. Thanks for their dedication.

Rings are beautiful but the silver plating is already coming off. I've worn the set 3 times and can't wear them anymore because the copper underneath the silver is showing through.

I purchased several rings all of which are beautiful, but for the price ( you can purchase cubic sterling rings much cheaper on other sites ) I was very disappointed that after 3 wears I had 2 stones fall out of one of these rings. I contacted customer service who initially offered a coupon but I felt I should receive a replacement? Since I wore it literally 3 times. They refused to replace but offered to send stones that I could then take to a jeweler and have fixed. My jeweler was not willing to fix this ring and I didn’t feel I should incur the cost of the repair. I then emailed customer service again and told them to just send the coupon. I have yet to hear back from anyone. Shop with caution. They are pretty but the quality doesn’t constitute the price of these ( ( in reality ) just a fake diamond ring.

There is no such thing as a return policy for these folks. They try to barter you to find something else and charge extra shipping fees and don’t refund your money.

The ring I received didn’t look like the one in the picture and they wouldn’t let me send it back for a different ring. They also had terrible customer service

Great company with beautiful jellewery. Staff friendly and happy to help with any questions or issues you may have. They also do special orders at no extra cost as I needed a size 4.5 ring and they happily custome made it for me. Would highly recommend this company.

Very happy with the ring and quality

The product was not to my satisfaction, and it took for ever to arrive. The polish the gave the ring was awful that the silver part showed the copper material and the little diamond missing.

They were soo nice and willing to help when I made a mistake on my order!!

Return policy suvks. Take you through all types of changes. You think you're ordering from a US company but factory is in China. So you have to pay this huge cost to return to China. One ring was beautiful the other was cheap looking and too small.
